Delivery was late

Delivery was late; tracking didn’t work and it was delivered to the wrong address! Oh and the box had clearly been thrown around as it was damaged. The Range need to reconsider using DHL as a partner delivery company. Very disappointing. Plus side; the mower works and the Grass is cut!
