Disheartening experience
Self advertised as the UKs leading online course provider yet you can’t speak to your tutor. They infrequently reply to your messages and unfortunately I’ve watched my wife have a complete break down because learn direct appear to have no compassion to try and support their students.
The course material is good but the archaic software you have to use and the lack of communication let Learndirect down. I’d urge the senior team to take a deep dive into the standard of the tutors and consider a website reform - maybe then learn direct can be considered as the UKs number 1.
