I had to purchase yet another column radiator and got my previous one from Screwfix!! The first one from Screwfix arrived damaged but considering the packaging I’m not surprised. As I needed the radiator for the next day due to boiler work Screwfix organised a replacement.

Then I was told I would need another one and decided to look around. Even though it has not been fitted yet I have to say this column radiator is superior to Screwfix … so heavy and so well packaged too (no flimsy packaging here). When u got it in the sale and a further discount I’m “well happy” 😃

I have a similar radiator in my hallway and wish I’d found this radiator first . Would have no hesitation in buying again.

I had also rung them for advice and spoke to a lovely gentleman .. top marks from me.

Qvc are the best .. any issues just ring customer services and they will sort. Quick deliveries too.

What excellent service .. Sarah has been amazing. She has kept in contact with me by email and answered all my questions and always emailed me back promptly. She was patient too as I had to wait for samples to come too.

Step Change have been a great support … !! My circumstances are unique re calling them whilst waiting for an appeal re universal credit and dealing with the process of PIP!! The system re asking for help from universal credit and pip has been daunting whilst struggling with my inner ear disorder!

After help from a lovely lady Julie at a British Gas I contacted Step Change for advice!! I am a very proud person and hoping that at some point I will get help re my inner ear disorder.

I am writing this review as James the advisor at Step Change was so helpful and there was never a moment when I felt under pressure !! I have had numerous calls re universal credit and pip where I have felt a nuisance … but the support from step change was amazing .. ! I like to give reviews where I have had extra support so this is why I am writing it today !

Love this gilet although have to say I am an 8 to 10 .. ordered a 12 as had tried on in a store … so definitely not true to size!
