Hunk of junk with worthless product warranty

We purchased two Garmin Varia RTL 515 radar units from Bike Tires Direct on July 28,2020. My partner's unit, which has been used fewer than 10 times, will not hold a charge. Garmin tech support claims that since the unit is past the 1 year warranty, it can only offer to supply her with a "reconditioned" unit if she purchases it for half the price of the unit she originally bought from them. If she were to take Garmin up on their offer, she would have to return the original unit to them, and the reconditioned unit would carry a 90 DAY "WARRANTY". Given her experience with this hunk of junk, and the caveats they erected, we couldn't see giving Garmin any more business in exchange for more frustration due to their ridiculous product warranty and customer service. Worthless!

Don't use this company. Poor service. Lousy product

I ordered reading glasses on December 10, 2020. It is December 13, 2021, and they haven't arrived. The tracking number eyekeeper provided indicates that they are still in Pennsylvania. Eyekeeper provides extremely poor service and cheap, but inferior quality products. I won't order from them again and will dispute their bill on my credit card.

I am a first time customer who had a good experience

I am a first time customer who had a good experience with Naadam's customer service team. My package was marked "delivered" on Fed Ex's tracking system when I hadn't received it, which concerned me."Charlie" at Naadam reassured me that they would take care of it if I didn't receive the package. My purchases were delivered today. What was important to me was that Naadam would have made it right if there was a problem, and clearly they intended to.

This company is the worst!

This company is the worst. They do not honor their "warranty" so if you buy from them, you can be sure that the unit will be junk, and that you'll never to get your money back . When you contact them regarding the fact that their product is no good they give you the run around in every way possible. They put you on terminal hold when you call, then promise that a supervisor will call. The call never comes. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Zero Consumer Protection From A Retailer That Rivals the Russian Mob In Lack of Honesty

I ordered a window air conditioner from Build.com. It was supposed to be delivered within a week. When it didn't arrive, I contacted Build, who first provided non-sensical tracking information, then, when pushed, gave me tracking information for On Trac, their shipper. On Trac first claimed that the product had been delivered to my business, which is tiny, and said that "no one had signed for it" and "nobody needed to sign for it", then they claimed that they had located the product, which had been "misdelivered" and promised that they would deliver it to me within a day. Of course, they never delivered it! They cannot provide proof of delivery because the product was never delivered. I filed a claim with Pay Pal, and you would think this would be an easy one for them to figure out. Wrong! Pay Pal took the position that providing me with bogus tracking information constituted "delivery"! If every internet bank and internet retailer acted like these jokers, NO ONE would be using e commerce today! I closed my account this morning.

Run in the other direction

If every internet retailer acted like these jokers, NO ONE would be using ecommerce today! If you want a lot of frustration, these creeps are the people to do business with!

Good service!

I am a long time user of VRBO and HomeAway. We have stayed at some very, very nice properties by using VRBO, and haven't had any problems. It pays to review each listing very carefully, especially the customer reviews and pictures, and to clearly communicate with the property manager. I steer clear of anything that doesn't "feel" good, especially after communicating with the manager, and have only had to skip a couple of properties for that reason. In contrast, my three sons have used AirBNB, with very mixed results (my youngest son had a horrible experience with an AirBNB rental in NY City and he will never use them again.)
