Ever since Sky mis sold me a Sky Glass TV it has been nothing but problems !!! Constantly have to turn it off and on at the mains because it won't turn on !!! Then it won't connect to WiFi !!! Have to keep rebooting and resetting the TV because it can't find my router !!! Keeps saying there is no Internet connection when everything thing in the whole house works fine !!! THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING SINCE I GOT THE DAM THING !!! THIS IS THE 2nd. TV THEY HAVE SUPPLIED ME ALSO !!! FIRST ONE WAS EVEN WORSE !!! DO NOT BUY OR RENT ONE OF THESE USELESS TV'S !!! 😡😡😡
THESE SCAMMERS TOOK £18.00 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT BY PERMISSION !!!!!! HAD TO GET MY BANK TO BLOCK THEM !!!!!! THEY ARE THIEVES AND NEED TO BE STOPPED !!!!!! I DON'T HAVE A MEMBERSHIP !!!!!! I DIDN'T JOIN ANYTHING TO DO WITH YOU !!!!!!

I don't understand what would make someone take the time and effort to leave a company a 1 star review (the worst possible service in existence) for asking them to leave Feedback on eBay.
The messages are automated on eBay, we don't send them to you manually. At the most, you'll be asked twice to leave feedback. I think your review is really, really harsh and I would plead with you to remove it as I think the circumstances here are a little out of our control.
Now to the other part of your review "they just ordered it from elsewhere" what do you mean by this? We shipped the item to you from our address.
"Then non stop messages" since your purchase, we sent you one message which was an order confirmation, one message to tell you the item was shipped, one message to ask you to leave feedback on eBay and one message to thank you for your feedback.
I can't tell if you just don't like getting messages keeping you up to date with your order or if you have confused us with another retailer. The thing that makes me question this the most is that you left us POSITIVE feedback on eBay!

Do not buy from these people! I bought an expensive new Panasonic microwave from them but it was damaged, did not work and was second hand! Then they expected me to pay for the return postage which was £14.90! Good job I paid with PayPal or I would never have got my money back! Total Rip Off !!! MINOR COSMETIC DAMAGE !!! THE MICROWAVE WAS UNUSEABLE !!!!!!
