It’s been at least 10 years since I last ate at the original Ivy and it will be much longer before I go again. What has happened to this icon is a real tragedy as Caprice milk it for everything it’s worth. Tables are crammed together compared to the past, the food is mediocre at best and our waiter seemed bored and gruff. You can’t ignore the beautiful decor but the restaurant now feels like a parody of its former self, geared to attracting unsuspecting tourists who must leave so disappointed. The spark has gone and the it is now just another chain worth avoiding.

Good communication regarding product delivery but expensive.

Quick delivery and excellent product for the price.

Relatively easy to use and the customised pictures load seamlessly. Plenty of good card options but I could do without the cross-selling every time I buy a card. It becomes particularly annoying when I have to send multiple cards.

Arrived in the alloted time and completed the job very competently.

I would normally give 5 stars if I were not repeatedly being asked for reviews!

The customer services team were very helpful and quickly corrected a mistake I had made on an order.

The engineer, Nathan Lynn was very helpful and diligent. He ensured that the system operated as expected and acted in a courteous and professional manner.

Not a firm I would recommend. These people overcharge and provide very poor after sales support. I suspect that their business model assumes that most people will allow the "guarantee" period of three months to run out before the final is booked so that you only get two visits instead of three. I tried to book the third and final visit after the second but was told I had to wait three weeks. They send no reminders that your contract period is about to expire.

Very easy, convenient and effective.

I had a good overall experience. I ordered over the phone and the salesperson was very helpful and pro-active. Some instruction for the assembly of the fireplace would have helped even more.
