I can only echo the many complaints about this company ! They provide awful customer care ,do not communicate within their company and are a nightmare to try and leave . I have now left and wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole . The regulators should be investigating this company.

CICAR was the best experience I have had with a car hire company . I got the car I asked for and at a reasonable rate. There was no need to go through every scratch and dent on pickup or on return ! The comprehensive policy was comprehensive with no need to worry about a long list of extras at great expense . Would certainly recommend to anyone .
