I bought a couple of masks in September…
I bought a couple of masks in September but upon receiving them and trying one on I found that the mask was very small . It looked small but the company stated ‘stretch to fit ‘ I stretched and stretched but it wasn’t comfortable on my face and would have been unable to wear it and talk .
The masks are not cheap - but they do have silver running through them .
I had wasted £40 because they are not allowed to be returned.
To avoid other consumers wasting their money I posted a review on Just Silver Apparel Facebook page but was not ready for the immediate intimidating and passive aggressive reply .
I e - mailed them as requested and sent photos of me wearing the mask as they requested and again could not believe the comments they made in their reply’s.
Very intimidating and again passive aggressive.
I have since found that my Facebook review was taken down and funnily enough a review placed on there a couple of days after mine that stated that the masks are VERY comfortable and what great fantastic customer service .
VERY suspicious.
I feel very strongly that I am unable to warn other consumers before purchasing these masks so hence my post on Trust Pilot and I see that from a previous review someone has had the similar experience as myself .
The material the masks are made from is nice it’s just that the masks are too small even when stretched .
I am more annoyed about the way that they have replied to me than the money I have wasted .
To be honest on my experience the company don’t even deserve the one star that I have given them .
