My dog has been poorly this last month and has since passed away . My early claims were dealt with promptly- I made a claim in the morning and by teatime the money was in my account. I have a few claims in progress including her farewell claim and for some reason it is taking a long time for the claims to be paid .
I also sent an email asking about finishing the policy - would rather not have to pay out another month of insurance payment - but I have had no reply .
A couple of weeks ago I would have recommended Many Pets - but now - I don’t think that I would .
I am going to have to phone them but really would prefer not to as I am still upset about losing my pet.
Many pets did contact me not long after to say that customer services had been contacted on my behalf to stop my monthly payments but I am still awaiting my claims to be paid which has been a couple of weeks now

Easy to make a claim and the money was soon in my account . Sometimes on the same day !

Radiators were delivered promptly. Was contacted 15 mins before delivery was made which was helpful. Polite and courteous.

This is lovely paint - used wood paint at mine and painted walls at my daughters and both times it was a joy to paint with . A great modern finish . And love the eco credentials and what they are wanting to achieve .
Have just bought paint for a bedroom - looking forward to doing that

Really pleased with the products from Bower . Have used the washing up liquid and hand wash for a while and love them ! Just started using the bathroom cleaner which is also excellent- makes my bathroom sparkle. It’s nice to know that I am cutting back on plastic use - just return the pouches in a prepaid envelope for them to be re used .

Would like to give zero stars . Same story as other of their clients . No communication. Don’t answer e mails . Don’t answer the phone . I am considering phoning my buyers solicitors to find out the progress . The e way system only tells you part of the story . Was recommended by my estate agent as they are ‘in house ‘ solicitors- it will be easier they said !!!
I really regret using them.
DC law replied to my review - said they would look into it - you would think that I would have had a phone call today as priority. - but no .
Will look at making a proper complaint to solicitors authorities

Didn’t know what to do when my tyre was flat and we wasn’t able to pump it up to get to a garage - googled and Halfords came up . Really impressed. Was able to book for next morning and they came well in time . Price was reasonable. They came and got on with the job and was all done in 20 mins . A great service
