Appalling Repair and Customer Service

I contacted A-T in May about a faulty microphone. As the Mic was out of warranty I requested a repair. Having submitted audio files to their service dept. I sent them the Mic (delivered 28 May) and upon inspection they said a new diaphragm was required and a repair would be carried out at a cost of €151.51 (prepaid) and that there would be a long lead time (early Sep.) which I agreed to.
I followed up in due course and they said the repair was ongoing.
Upon further follow up (Sept) they said a repair would not be possible (the Mic Model is still sold by them)!

After Audio Technica having had both my Microphone and prepayment for more than 3 months I was told I would get my money back and I had the option of having the Mic returned.
I requested the Mic be returned over a week ago, but there is no sign of the money or microphone, despite having to submit my bank details twice!

I have requested contact details to make an official complaint, as I am getting nowhere with the (very professional) customer service agent.

I have been a professional Audio-Technica customer for many years and am surprised at how bad they are at service/repairs.

Following the above review and subsequent reply, my refund was processed. There is still no sign of the microphone, but I presume/hope that will be shipped by EOW. Audio-Technica said they wish this to be resolved to my satisfaction... that would have been having my Microphone repaired as agreed and paid for.
As it is, I now need to source a replacement Microphone. Following this waste of time and effort my new Microphone will not be an Audio-Technica.
It appears that if you wish to have engagement with A-T you should do so through TrustPilot. Even then you barely get what you are due.
So no... this is not to my satisfaction - not even close.

Abysmal Customer Service - Slow Delivery.

Arrow XL claimed they attempted a first delivery (to a business address) on 20th Aug. I don't believe them for a second.
Customer service took many hours to even acknowledge communication. Phone, Webchat, Messenger - all virtually useless (when they actually bothered to reply). They appear to be totally understaffed and claim they have no way of contacting their delivery crews.

Eventually had my item delivered on 27th having left Amazon on 10th.
Only given 2 stars because I actually, eventually, received my item.

I would be reluctant to purchase anything that has ArrowXL as a delivery partner.

Quick shipping

Quick shipping and products work and seem to be good quality. Just make sure you get everything you need for your repair as e.g. iPhone screen won't include a replacement adhesive strip or assembly tools that you might get with some kits

Cubot X20 Pro after 8 months

I've owned my Cubot X20 Pro for 8 months and overall it has been a great phone. The camera experience is a bit of a let-down, but that wasn't a major consideration for me. Battery life is great, as is the screen. Missing a 3.5mm H/P jack and no fingerprint recognition are minor gripes. Speed is great and 128GB storage is plenty! Very pleased with my purchase

Bad products (2nds?) BAD warranty repair

Bad products (2nd) BAD warranty repair! Avoid Coolicool. Bought Vernee Mars - screen stopped responding soon after purchase. Coolicool repaired it under warranty and when the phone was finally returned the replacement screen had use scratches that weren't there before (screen from another junk phone - they said that they had to wait for spare parts!) This faulty screen started showing virtual lines and causing overheating problems. Avoid Vernee... AVOID COOLICOOL
