If I could give zero stars I would! Awful quality trousers, and I'll certainly never wear them. Quality is awful, cut is awful. Given what I've read on here regarding the reruns process, I'm not even going to try. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

From start to finish, when the vehicle was collected from my premises, everything ran smoothly and I’d have no hesitation in recommending this A1 company to anybody looking to sell their vehicle in a pain-free manner.

Really good product, that fits to size and a great price too.
I like the variety of designs for the polo tops and the fact that the material isn’t too stretchy, unlike a lot of major brands these days. A medium is a medium which makes life a lot simpler!! Lastly, but not least, the prices are great. Easily half the price of other brands but no issues with the quality. I’ve bought loads of their stuff and will continue to do so 👍

Parking space found ok but the cal park itself is now out of control. Endless cars parked up on the kerbs obstructing the driveways and on one occasion a car parked right in the middle of the road entirely blocking one of the roads!! Feels like there is less and less monitoring and governance of the car park, allowing people to park where they wish and the rest be damned. If this is the attitude to general maintenance of the road ways then is security of the vehicles any better?

Excellent cleaning service, carried out by exceptional people. Caitlyn and Libby from the Edinburgh branch went above and beyond in providing outstanding and compassionate care to my parents after my mother had a fall whilst they were on the premises. Incredibly reassuring to know that such wonderful people are helping my parents. A total credit to the company.

Decent service. Waited a while (three hours) but they got me home eventually so can't complain.

Offered services that they could not provide. Took money for a delivery that never happened. Let me down at the last minute.

Initially I experienced a few issues with being able to return an item, but upon being made aware of these problems, Richard from GolfSupport took ownership of the issue and very quickly and professionally resolved the problem.
Not all transactions run smoothly so it is reassuring to know that companies still care enough about their reputation to go that extra mile to ensure a good customer experience, which is exactly what has happened here.
As for the product, it was delivered quickly and with the minimum of fuss, just wasn’t quite what I was looking for! I’ve bought from here before and I’ll do so in future, specifically because I know I can trust them if something doesn’t go right 👍👍
