Sent the tiniest sample and I got a…

Sent the tiniest sample and I got a £1.50 charge from Royal Mail to deliver it due to them not paying correctly to send it. Needless to say, if this is their way of working, I shall not be buying a carpet from them.

Ring doorbell not rung

Ring doorbell not rung. Faint tap recorded by app and by the time I checked my ring doorbell the parcel was soaked as was an item I had ordered.

Just dreadful

Just dreadful. I have used Ancestry and My Heritage- both great. 23andMe, however are dreadful. Sample sent May - won’t answer my questions and won’t say it’s lost. Sending out another kit but having read this I have little hope of it being successful. Do avoid this company.

Offers not in stock and yet still advertised!

So i ordered 4, 4.8 decking boards on the buy one get one free offer. Had a call to say they couldn't fulfil order. E-mailed straight back to say could they replace with 8, 2.4 boards. 4 days later nothing so called. They can't or won't do it. I have to cancel order and re-purchase at full price. Sales are a con - they didn't have item in stock and could have easily rectified problem with 2.4 boards but 'steven' with whom i spoke- he wouldn't give me his surname-, said they couldn't!
