Order placed 2 weeks ago and still…

Order placed 2 weeks ago and still waiting on delivery. Had to chase up myself today as no update forthcoming. At least was emailed upon placing order that there was a 3 week delay. Better customer service would be further auto updates from company. Ideally not having to wait 3 weeks would be better, as would a notice at time of payment that there would be such a long delay. I may have gone elsewhere instead.
Update: I called Friday 13th June for an update and spoke to Clare who advised they still hadn’t arrived at your depot. She was very pleasant and helpful but couldn’t confirm when I will receive the delivery but hopefully by end of next week. Ideally updates instigated by Baked Tiles would be preferable to having to make calls myself. I haven’t been contacted since the original order confirmation email.

Good morning Brian, I'm really sad to read your 3 star review. You state you ordered your tiles 2 weeks ago and at that time we explained we didn't have sufficient for your order and that they would be with us in aprox. 3 weeks, meaning they were due to arrive with us this week and as soon as we had the delivery day confirmed we would have been in touch. Regards your comment about not ordering if you had known they were not available, you placed your order at 9.30pm on the 21st and we contacted you at 10.24am on the 22nd. If the wait was going to be a concern, you would have been welcome to cancel your order at that point.

Plants damaged but no offer to replace

Reasonable price but plants damaged when delivered. NOT by courier but tree leader stem bent by supplier when packing into the box. Contacted customer support and reply was to water well, online orders do get damaged in transit and to report sooner than the next day once received. No response to my request for a replacement so their request to report immediately seems nonsensical? Will not purchase anything from Gardening Express in future.

Just purchased a new car policy and online process using the app very easy. Prices were competitive and better than my renewal offer from my previous provider. Cannot understand how a premium can increase by £100 in a year when no claims made? The AA had what I needed

Had an emergency with my main fuse as…

Had an emergency with my main fuse as it was smouldering. Contacted the octopus emergency help via email and I got a very prompt response from Rebecca. She gave clear advice and followed up with an email to SSEN emergency. She gave me a number to call and followed up later ti check it was resolved safely. Great customer service

Very quick delivery and called before…

Very quick delivery and called before arriving. Driver left parcel where I requested.
What would make the service great, would be the ability to select a prefer delivery date. Also an emailed image of delivery would make this service en par with other providers.

Yodel send messages saying your goods…

Yodel send messages saying your goods have begun delivered when they have NOT
A message saying where it was apparently “left” and a photo like other couriers would also be very useful
I will never use Yodel again

Late delivery & refund still waiting

Purchase took almost two weeks to arrive since ordered 29th April. Meant to be 5 or 6th May - checked with Woolaway in 9th May where order was?
Dealt with customer service team who told me to be patient with order arriving - cheeky I think.
Size was too large.
Returned 17th May and a week later still waiting on my refund.
Very poor service.
Wont use them again.

Delivery was late and images cropped badly

Delivery was later than confirmed at order and I contacted customer service to be told wait a few more days
As usual there are a number of cropped pictures - even though I thoroughly inspect each image and size during order process
Value for money is still good though

I was the sender and tried to check my delivery using the app but the ref number given didn’t work
Saying that the item was delivered by the courier on the date given to me by the supplier
And the receiver was delighted with it

Primrose Terrible customer service when you…

Terrible customer service when you finally get through on phone after waiting 30 mins. Hannah told me delivery 4th May which was two weeks in the future, I wouldn’t be contacted and if not home the item is taken away and unable to redeliver - what? Later that day 21st April email received from DX Couriers saying delivery request received. Waited a week before emailing them - they had no knowledge of this? I have emailed primrose since and tried to cancel my order today 4thMay since surprise surprise no delivery materialised today! Primrose AVOID like the plague. I will never use them again. There are many other better companies out there!
UPDATE- 5 weeks since ordering & after some effort on my part I have now received a full refund. The last person I had dealings with promised to resolve my issue and followed through on that promise. Lily thanks for assisting.

SUPERDRY Coat I ordered is very smart but Sizes are ALWAYS very small
Ordered XL had to return for a XXL
A few days later the same coat was on sale for £30 less than I paid
