Order placed 2 weeks ago and still…
Order placed 2 weeks ago and still waiting on delivery. Had to chase up myself today as no update forthcoming. At least was emailed upon placing order that there was a 3 week delay. Better customer service would be further auto updates from company. Ideally not having to wait 3 weeks would be better, as would a notice at time of payment that there would be such a long delay. I may have gone elsewhere instead.
Update: I called Friday 13th June for an update and spoke to Clare who advised they still hadn’t arrived at your depot. She was very pleasant and helpful but couldn’t confirm when I will receive the delivery but hopefully by end of next week. Ideally updates instigated by Baked Tiles would be preferable to having to make calls myself. I haven’t been contacted since the original order confirmation email.
