Terrible communication service
The medical staff are excellent, their professional approach is great.
It's a shame their administration and communications are rubbish.
You phone for help and are either swamped with bad audio marketing, or have the line simply dropped after waiting for over 5 minutes.
I have spent hours frustratingly trying to contact Circle in Goring over the last month. Their promises (if you can hear them through the rubbish audio) need to be followed by all areas, not just the doctors, who as stated, give an excellent service.
Come on Circle, invest in customer communication.

The unit is supposed to account for AF when used.
It gives errors (code ER2) about 60% of the time, and although I asked for a large cuff, and one arrived, its size is far more (the effective reading section) than needed, and is, frankly cumbersome. Your C/Service member did not understand the problem, and suggested I either contact a Nurse, or send it back.

Waiting up to 25 minutes to be connected to C/Services, complaints ignored, threatening letters, NO BILLS, money grabbing policy, estimating and charging fees before any bill date, rescheduling the payment of Solar fees when due.
The list is endless - being forced to become an OVO user, when they took over SSE, the promise of a better service never fulfilled.
I am so pleased to move away from this company.

High prices and bad service
As an individual I don't expect to get trade discounts or offers. What I do expect is service - what I got was indifference and an attitude of 'take it or leave it'. Ridgeons in Snettisham is the only supplier in the area, so it seems their attitude is that they have a captive audience and a 'right' to demand high prices - I left, found a welcome in a Kings Lynn merchant, was completely satisfied with their service and prices.
I won't be using Ridgeons again, and will make sure my friends and contacts are aware of their bad service and high pricing.

Customer Service is disgusting, with over 10 minute waits for a response - every time I contact them. A system offering call back, or telling you where you are in the queue, or how long is your expected wait should be used.
They market 'Password Security' - but no one asks for it......I had to remind them!!!!
Staff training and numbers, plus an up to date answering system would eradicate this bad service.
I gave them one star, only because I couldn't give them zero.

Took over 12 minutes to be answered, with that annoying "You are so important, etc" monologue that simply means they are too tight to employ a realistic sized team.
A company this big should invest in a system that either tells you how long your wait is likely to be, or at least, your position in the queue - but of course, profit is all and they never will.

Disgusting Customer Service
Product excellent, but service was terrible.
Purchased line and spare groundspike. Arrived later that agreed, without groundspike. Tried contacting Hills on their Customer Service line. No response to all my calls. Finally tried e-mail, to receive a reply telling me they did not respond to telephone calls.By this time I was annoyed, and they refused to answer my query (can the hight be reduced to help my 5' wife), finally offering to refund me THE FULL PRICE.
I packaged it securely, got a 3rd party to check all was ok, dispatched it and waited for the refund.
It arrived, £25 light, and the excuses ranged from 'its a return charge' (despite their offer of a full refund and no return charge mentioned on order or invoice) to 'oh, the unit was damaged' (despite a 3rd party confirming it was perfectly packed)
They finally refunded a further £12.50, but this companies Customer Service is disgusting - shame as unit was great.
I am still owed £12.50, and if I could, I would give zero stars.
If there is a parent company, I hope they read this and act to improve Hill's Customer Service

Bought a TV from their Kings Lynn store.
Staff were helpful and pleasant.
When it was found that the exact model requested was not in store, the assistant chased around nearby stores, then to their online store, ensuring it was delivered speedily to my home. Great service - thank you.

No large print User Guides for people with sight difficulties
LG do not provide any written copies of User Guides.
When asked, they (Chris in Customer Services)stated that LG decided to be Paperless, irrespective of customer needs. So if you have difficulty reading small print on a TV, or don't have a computer, tough!!!!!! Their Website User manual is non-printable..... he seemed quite proud of this !!!!!!
Very bad Customer Service with narrow minded attitude toward anyone with issues.
Shame, as the TV is excellent, but I can't use it to its full potential.
