Very good service however, on departure it was not apparent that we were changing bus at Moutiers and it seemed we were dropped at the first bus stop in Meribel not realising that Bens Bus had a new stop. I didn't feel it was very clear on their site that they had changed stops from the previous year. There was a map on the ticket but the change wasn't explicitly stated. Service excellent. Clearer information for changes would be good.

I phoned up to make my order and was extremely happy with the service I received. The person that dealt with me was very helpful and everything was sorted within minutes and I had my item a few days later. Would recommend and use again.

Delivery guys Dino and Davy R were very good. Got the couch in an awkward top floor flat with ease and very quickly. Couch delivered with wrong cushions again which is very frustrating but this issue is being resolved with the store that we ordered from.
