Really bad quality shoes. The shoes developed a hole in the back after wearing them twice. On refused to return under warranty. Avoid this company.

Low quality

Bought a t-shirt, got holes in it after a single wear. They refused to refund it and issued a gift card instead. Given it’s low quality, why would I buy from them again. I would avoid them for super low quality!

Unreliable

Advertised a bed on this website. I paid £25 marketing fee (newsletter) and additional £25 deposit (in case the bed was sold but failed to be shipped. After almost a year, I did not receive the alleged newsletter where it was marketed. I have asked for this bed to be removed and deposit returned and I got no reply. I would avoid using this website.

I had a complicated case for my mortgage application. The advisor took the time to understand my needs and helped find the right product. They assisted throughout the process, were very punctual and timely in their responses. We hit an obstacle in the process and they were able to find me an alternative product super quickly!

No Integrity

I order a product via this company. I paid via paypal. 1) they never sent an email confirmation for my order. I had to email for them to send me the order number. 2) I received the product and it was bigger than the website description. It was 55cm in diameter, website quoted 50cm. I emailed them three times to return the product. They ignored me. They went ahead and updated their website description instantly to dispute my claim. Overall, bad service and no integrity.

Worst company ever! Recommend Admiral instead.

Worst company ever!! Do not use! Claim process is super lengthy and they interpret the policy as it suits them to avoid payout. 25 working days for each correspondence via email and no resolution. Avoid at all cost. I highly recommend Admiral. Digitised and empathetic processes, customer service and company.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. They will lure you in with discounts but they will not deliver. I ordered a cupboard from them with delivery time of 3-4 weeks. After 4 weeks, they said the supplier (fermliving) did not deliver them stock. I checked fermliving website and the item was in stock. I confronted Beut with the facts via email. After that, they stopped responding to my emails, calls or even skype!!! I was lucky I paid via Paypal and have now escalated the case with them for a claim. Knowing finance, this company is ripping customers off by selling products that they know they can mot deliver and they use the cashflow from these products to keep going as a business. Some customers ask for a refund and some don’t…. Ultimately Beut is the beneficiary…

I used their bodyshop

I used their bodyshop. I would give this Williams zero stars if I could. They claim full guarantee on repairs. I went out of my way and against my insurer advice to use them because of their central location. I had a small accident on my bumper. They fixed the bumper and ruined the parking sensors. They then refused to repair the sensors for no obvious reason especially that the sensors were working perfectly even after the accident and it was clear that were only damaged during the repair process. I am in the process of taking them to the Motor Vehicle Ombudsman.

Hello,
In measuring the body scale, visceral fat is generally expressed in grades/ranges rather than specific units. Our App of the scale and the majority of the body scales in the market show like that. The difference is that different Apps/scales will divide this data into different levels, some are divided into 18 levels, and some are divided into 60 ranges. But the principle is the same.

In the App, you can tap Visceral Fat, and you can get the level of your visceral fat, which shows you are Average, High, or Too High.

I made the mistake of buying their t shirts twice! (My bad, I know!). After a couple of washes on 30 degrees, small rips appeared in the fabric. Off to the bin! All of them. Don’t waste you money.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. They claim on their website that the compatable capsules are ok with nespresso machines. They also note exclusions. Under exclusions they do not exclude Nespresso Essenza machine (what I have). Capsules arrived with half of the packages open (they are glued with a low quality glue). Upon trying the capsules, they proved that they are not compatable. Leaking water into the container and overflowing in the machine. I called to complain, the agent was unhelpful. He asked me to send everything back at my expense for them to decide if they might or might not refund me. He also asked for photos of everything and a detailed email with my complaints. He kept interrupting and answering in a condescending way. He would not let me finish my sentence. Eventually he hung up.

This company pretends to reply to customer reviews. I got a reply to my review stating that I should write them an email for them to help me. Wrote the email and again no reply... please avoid using this company. DHL is amazing and they reply instantly. Use them instead. Same price better quality.
