Ordered garden furniture the moment it became available on the website after being sold out for a long time. Ordered end of March, estimated delivery was announced as being end of May (8 weeks).
This has now been amended twice, to end of June, and now end of July (16 weeks!). The summer will be over by the time the products arrive..
I will update the 1 star review when the products arrived.

The print and paper quality is absolutely below par, half of the received business cards are not usable due to dirt (ink) leftovers on them, however since the overall quality is so poor none of them are usable. This is with the more expensive "Special" 300gr paper (no way it's 300gr!). Cut lines clearly visible, edges torn, just bad..
Avoid for business cards! Better go to your local printer to see the paper, print quality etc..

after a few weeks of not having received my parcel I contacted the sender who told me it was send with Yodel, gave me the tracking number and said he could see they attempted delivery on the 16th. It was the 24th now so I contacted Yodel per chat, where I was told the parcel is on the way back to the sender. Fair enough, as apparently it was waiting for me in their depot for more than 7 days.
However, I NEVER once received a notification that any attempt had been made, therefor the fault is not with me nor the sender (as the address etc were correct). Yodel refused to take responsibility and tells me to clarify with the sender (and for me not to bother as I wasn't charged anything after all -duh). Which obviously I will do - sending it to me again, NOT using Yodel anymore as this is outrageous for a delivery company. Clearly they only tried to deliver once otherwise I surely would have received a notification..? Don't use them if you want to receive your parcel.
