Delayed to 16 weeks delivery...?

Ordered garden furniture the moment it became available on the website after being sold out for a long time. Ordered end of March, estimated delivery was announced as being end of May (8 weeks).
This has now been amended twice, to end of June, and now end of July (16 weeks!). The summer will be over by the time the products arrive..
I will update the 1 star review when the products arrived.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review.

We are sincerely sorry about the delay with your order, we fully appreciate that this is frustrating but it is completely out of our control.

The reason for these delays is due to the current global manufacturing and shipping challenges and now port congestion, as most of our products are made overseas we are working with lockdown restrictions and guidelines from our manufacturers and shipping partners so we are sorry that our dates keep changing.

We are hoping that the current dates showing are as close to the dispatch at present, and may even reduce (we will be working hard to reduce the wait time).

I would keep an eye on your account for any other changes, we always look to discuss compensation at the end of the customer's journey so we can compensate (if necessary) accordingly based on your whole experience.
