Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful, another trap, they tell you it's free and is it bollox. You gotta pay for everything and then it tells you your traits which is a load of nonsense, none of those traits applied to me whatsoever. It says I love red wine, red wine gives me a massive headache and makes me ill for days so no that's untrue. It says I smoke like a chimney, yuk no, I don't smoke thanks. Also you can't delete your profile once you have literally uploaded ALL YOUR LIFE AND TOOK SO LONG DOING IT.

My DNA was very basic

My DNA was very basic and not very clear. I have seen some on youtube etc that have had a lot more detail. Mine was not worth the money. It says Scottish and Welsh 51%, these are two different countries and it's not precise. It doesn't tell you which side the Irish is on. No it was a waste of time in my opinion.

We understand that you found your DNA results to be basic and lacking the detail you expected, especially when compared to examples you've seen elsewhere. We also understand your desire for more precision regarding specific regions and the maternal or paternal origin of your ethnicities.

MyHeritage DNA provides ethnicity estimates that group populations based on genetic similarities, and while we strive for the highest accuracy, these are estimates and may not always pinpoint exact locations within a larger region or differentiate between parental sides for each ethnicity. Your ethnicity estimate showing "Scottish and Welsh 51%" indicates a genetic connection to a population group that shares ancestry across these areas, rather than differentiating between the two countries with separate percentages. Similarly, for other ethnicities, our current results display overall percentages, not specific parental inheritance.

We are continuously working to improve our DNA analysis and the granularity of our ethnicity estimates. Updates and new features are regularly rolled out to provide more detailed insights.

Incapable of delivering a package to the correct house

Apart from the yodel machines where you can print the stickers that's all they are good for. They have the worst delivery drivers ever! Many times they have just dumped packages anywhere and recently through SHEIN they dumped it somewhere near some trash and plants judging by the image they tried to prove which isn't even my garden?. How can you get it so wrong? We have a door bell camera to prove they never even attempted to come to our door nevermind our house. Someone now has my package.

Very obnoxious

Well, I have lost my money to them but I'd rather do that than risk my car being damaged or driven around in. I rang up to ask for a refund and lets just say he was very rude and talked down to me like a piece of s..t. I will take matters further because by law you are entitled to a refund if it's within 2 weeks!.

HYPERCRITS DISGUSTING LEFT AGENDA

Redbubble who REFUSE to sell merchandise on Tommy Robinson but then sell LOADS of merchandise on Che Guevara - approximately 500 men were killed under his watch and he tortured many people. Absolutely disgusting. They also sell Free Palestine Tshirts. Hypercrits, clearly have their own politcal agenda.

Never received product

I ordered 2 items and although it only cost me £15 I still haven't received the item and it's been almost 2 months now. I contacted them and they don't seem to be helpful at all and it looks like the dispatch company is fake because the website is terrible with no licence number on it.

Ebay stores from China are a lot better

Shame I can't do anything about it! Lost that £15.
