Fake delivery attempts and lies

Amazon parcel with important and time sensitive items.
DHL NL faked a delivery attempt on 07/10 and changed delivery schedule to the next day which was too late. Amazon CS and myself tried to push DHL to deliver it on time, been told to DHL to bundle this parcel to other ones that scheduled to arrive the same day. DHL ignored.
I tried to chat DHL support, I told them that the delivery address is my workplace, we have CCTV and delivery driver was not shown on the footage, so it was a fake record of attempt. I offered that I will collect (depot is 2 km away from my workplace) the parcel, no need to bother with delivery, they lied that the depot is closed (I went there to check, it was fully working). Then I asked them if they really have no intention to deliver the parcel on 07/10, just return it to the seller straight away. They delivered it anyway on 08/10 by dropping it at the gate with zero chance to reject it (they forced their services when was indicated no need). I asked them to send somebody to collect the parcel and return it. They replied is not possible according to their operating procedures (yeah, fake delivery attempts and lies are in their normal operating procedures)
I contacted Amazon, only to give a feedback on DHL. Amazon said: just keep the products we will refund you without returning them. I really hope they will conduct a big compliance investigation.

Very good quality product

Very good quality product as usual (I purchased not the first time from Mr Sandman). Also quite fast delivery.
1 little thing to improve: please don't increase the price to NL customers during the ordering process.

Zero stars

Zero stars, property had no hot water and no internet. EUR 1800 for a week was already insane, EUR 300 refund isn't too much. Booking.com ignores and lies, hang the phone up on me. In one scenario, I was been told that I'm not entitled for compensation because I'm not a legit user...only excuses,nothing else. I asked for details of regulatory authority --> refused, asked for copy of call record --> refused
Such an illegal activity
Typical dutch customer service...lying whenever they can

Booked a return flight with Trip

Booked a return flight with Trip, Nairobi-Mombasa-Nairobi. The prices went up and Trip cancelled my booking lied that I didn't pay. I pointed out that I paid and attach my bank statement with the transaction to show them this is that I didn't pay. Then they said I paid too late. I asked them what time I supposed to pay, they confirmed a time 20 mins later than a timestamp on my card transaction. Then they said my bank didn't send the money on time,the truth is Trip didn't claim it for days, it was still pending until today, they claimed it in this morning.
So many reasons...so many lies. They treat me stupid. And when I asked my money back (that I "didn't pay") they advise to wait.
Incompetent liar scammer company. They do everything for a few more euros.
I'm curious if I will get my money back or I will need to escalate it. Also upon request they fail to give the regulatory authority details out, like I would ask for the codes for the nuclear rokets...a top secret
