Great customer service

Great customer service! I had a slight issue with delayed delivery on one item I’d ordered online which was quickly rectified. Any dealings I’ve had over the phone, via emails and in store have all been excellent thanks to friendly, helpful attentive staff.

Very happy customer

I’ve been using Akela dry food for my dogs for over a year now and cannot rate the quality of both the product and the customer service highly enough. I live in Ireland and always receive my order within 2 to 3 days. Both my young Collie/lab x and elderly mini daschund are thriving, bright eyed and bushy tailed with great coats and very happy digestive systems! Thankyou :)
