I would give zero of i could

I would give zero of i could. They are liars. Over a week later and my goods are still not dispatched. They are also telling me I only have 15 minutes to get a refund. Avoid at all costs
**update So they say on here to contact them and they will help but yet over email they have said no refund. Funny that. So it just shows that when you call them out publicly they act like they care**

Great item.

Ordered a plain duvet cover and bottom sheet for a spare room. It arrived the next day and is perfect. The sheet will be following as its not in stock until Monday but that's fine. If they had emailed me I would have waited for everything to arrive together. I doubt they have the capacity for that due to high volume of customers. Maybe a tick box on the order screen?

Great experience

Spent weeks deciding on a bed and mattress before picking one. Purchased on line but before I did I asked quite a few questions. The responses were always quick and polite. I arranged delivery and the option where the bed is assembled for you. The guys turned up and after 20 mins of assembly called me from the bedroom. I thought there was a problem. There wasn't they had finished! 2 very small moans. There was a couple of dirty marks on the mattress and I wish you offered a disposal of old bed service as it cost me another £130 to use clearabee to remove my old bed.

Only used 1 wax

I've only used one wax and I found the scent incredibly poor. The minimum order for free delivery is too high so I waited for an offer on that. Delivery was pretty standard. I will be trying more melts today. Can I now please stop being harassed to leave a review!

Turned up on time and cracked on. Within no time there was a gorgeous new garage door! They took all the rubbish away too. Fully explained how to go on line and register my warranty.

Exactly what it says on the tin

I was advised that I would get a 2 hour slot at 8pm. 8pm and my text arrived. The following morning I had another text to say they were 30 mins away followed by a call from the drivers. Bang on time they arrived and put the shower where I wanted. Really lovely delivery drivers in Ady and Dave.

Had a great stay. There are definitely a few issues that need sorting. Mainly long wait for food service massively long wait for drinks service when having with a meal and then they are just served in a tumbler ( ie not in gin glass) starters we always cold but main meals were good. Same veg for the entire trip even though menu stated a different one. Maybe a chilli pepper sign on the menu when food is spicy? They need to open a little coffee/cake bar in the pavilion as many many guests are elderly and cannot walk from one end of the hotel to the other for a drink! Entertainment was ok. 4 singers one guy (dark hair) was amazing. The other guy was very good... sadly the ladies were awful
the songs they sung did not suit their voices at all. When only one person is booked in a twin room make the bed up as a double! After all is said and done it was a lovely stay

Great service given

We spotted a car on the stoneacre website and made contact using the Internet. The whole transaction was done over the phone. They delivered the car to a closer showroom where we inspected it before parting with any money. The whole process was smooth and we got great service from Rob. The only thing outstanding is the paperwork for the warranty as they wrote down it was 3 years but we paid for 5 years

Great little site

Great little site. I think a £50 minimum order for free delivery is too high and they take a bit too long to deliver but if there is an issue they do email you to offer an alternative product.

Bunch of crooks stay away

Still waiting for a refund! Call today and the mailbox is full...website says now closed until January. I cant buy my new grandchild a rocking chair for her room until I get my money back!!. Still waiting for my refund!

Ordered a rocking chair for my new grandchilds bedroom, it was a pre order so we waited. On 30th nov I received notice that we were not getting this chair. Email advised that a refund would be issued within 14 days. I called the shop, or so I thought, but its some kind of call centre. Hung on for 45 mins no reply. So I emailed. No reply. So I emailed again today let's see if I get a reply... I doubt it. I have bought loads of bits from here but never again. SORT YOURSELVES OUT


Order number 2140527 funny how you can reply on here but not on your phones or email...refund today pls none of this 7-10 days rubbish. It doesn't take 10 days to do a refund it takes 5 mins

What a rubbish company

What a rubbish company. They update the tracker but don't tell you. I lost my cat on a Saturday morning and the only people on live chat are sales...but because they had updated the tracker it couldn't track. Their answer was to turn it off and on, HOW WHEN THE CAT IS WEARING IT AND IS MISSING. Luckily the cat came home. Then about 3 weeks later the cat came home minus the collar and tracker....Guess what...yep they had updated it again so not only could I not track the collar but I also couldn't make it beep to try and find it. They cannot see that although I do not blame them for the loss of the collar I fully blame them for failing to inform me of the update so I could reset it. They did offer 50% off a new one then reduced that to 20%!!! And no refund on the years subscription I paid upfront for. Totally useless STAY AWAY!!!!

The fact that you originally were offered 50% and then downgraded to 20% we find extremely strange and this should never have happened at all.
