I ordered three shelving units for my garage. The company dispatched my order very quickly and communication was good throughout. The units are of a good quality and were very straightforward to build - they were also good value for money too!

Emailed well in advance to say renewal was due. Fabulous value for money. When my stored card didn’t work, I rang up and the problem was sorted. Fortunately, I haven’t had to ring for roadside assistance yet!

I ordered the Ivy 2 handbag as it was exactly what I was looking for - it can be used as a rucksack or crossover. Ordering was easy online and I received the Lottie bag for free with my purchase. Communication throughout was excellent and it only took a few days for me to receive my bags. All was packaged very well. The Ivy 2 is a lovely size and fits everything I need in it comfortably. I love that there is a compartment especially for a water bottle. I used the smaller Lottie crossover on a night out and it was perfect for this. Overall, a very positive experience and thoroughly recommended!

This is the best fridge freezer I have ever owned. Lots of capacity and well laid out. There is a water dispenser which is so easy to fill and great to have, especially in the hotter months. The fruit and veg keep lovely in their compartment (in my old fridge freezer they used to freeze in the compartment) and there is space for bottles too. It is very quiet as well. I thoroughly recommend it!

Buying new vinyl for my bathroom and kitchen was a very positive experience from going into the shop to choose to the employee coming to my house to measure up and quote. The advisor in the shop was very helpful.

Have moved over to OVO from SSE who repeatedly got my first name wrong! Rang up yesterday to correct my name and sort my meter readings out. I didn’t have to wait too long to be connected to an advisor who sorted out my queries very quickly and was very polite. Just to add, the music you listen to while waiting was very good and much better than others I’ve had to endure while waiting to be connected!

I am so pleased with my replacement windows and back door. From initially meeting with Andrew to the install, it was all so seamless. The guys are so polite and courteous and their workmanship excellent - they certainly go that extra mile for you. The house was left spotless too!

Went to look for a sofa and a bed. The sales advisor was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Ended up buying a double bed with mattress and headboard. I was given plenty of time to try out mattresses and to discuss my preferences. Four stars instead of five: the shop didn’t stock the sofa bed I really wanted to look at and I could only purchase it online. Who wants to buy a sofa without trying first, especially a sofa bed which I also wanted as my main seating in the lounge.

Really easy from start to finish. The app is easy to use and it is a great way to earn money from your old unwanted books. Not all books are accepted though, but enough of mine were to earn me £30.12! My books were packaged and a free postage label printed out. A courier came and collected from my porch. Communication was excellent and within a week the money expected was in my account. A very painless experience all round!

I get regular updates from Zoopla as properties I am interested in come on the market. It keeps me well informed of what is currently on the market.

My friend was absolutely delighted with her Christmas carnations. She sent me some pictures of them and they looked lovely. She even used then as her table centrepiece on Christmas Day. I’d ordered some carnations for my mum a couple of weeks before so already knew the quality and service was first-class!
