Tracking is a bit opaque so communication could be improved from the moment you buy to the moment you get the actual tracking number

This is my second bike ordered from them and everything went smoothly each time.

Customer service has always been good even though I did not have any issues with the bikes, so can't say anything about the warranty process. Regardless they were always nice and helpful.

The only thing I can suggest as an improvement is the ability to do split payments. Not everybody has thousands of euros ready to go.

Pros:
- Low prices, thought they vary a lot.
- Very very good selection of products
- Reasonably fast delivery though sending the items sometimes takes more than their estimates.

Negatives:
- Returns take a VERY VERY long time and cost money regardless of what you buy...
- Sometimes their recommended sizes don't really match the official sizes
- If you buy a wrong size, you have to return it and order the new size at a possibly different price which is kind of stupid to be honest.
