Good product but quite slow to be delivered

The product description is not sufficient for Plateau de ponçage béton Fartools pour meuleuse d'angle Ø180mm, It states compatible for all 180/230 machines however i did not fit a Makita 230. I needed to modify significantly the dust shroud. Finally I noticed in red text on the box (not on the internet description) that it was only compatible with a variable speed controlled 230mm machine. The disc was not flat either. Unuseable , disappointed in Toolstation.

Bought a DeWalt strimmer. After 1 week of use it has failed. Contacted Toolstation France via the Toolstation app. Toolstation claim to respond in 72 hours, however after 1 week and 5 attempts there is as yet no response. Customer service is dismal .Finally got a response from Toolstation about my non functioning strimmer, and have asked for a refund ( not a repair) which I am entitled to under the French civil code pertaining to purchase of goods in the EU, but unsurprisingly Toolstation have not replied to my request

This acts as an update to my previous review titled, 'TELEPATHY' where I commented on ZERO COMMUNICATION by Toolstation.
The update: I have since received an email, belatedly, from Toolstation, to inform me that my, ''REVIEW IS UNSUCCESSFUL''. How can a review be deemed unsuccessfuil?? It did not contain any aggressive language, swearing, racist content or racist language or any hate element. Under their guidance, they state that a review will be deemed unsuccessful if it makes reference to ''CUSTOMER SERVICE''. This is a blatant attempt to pevent the general public from being informed of its business practices but also to mislead the public. I am hereby filing a report for judgement by TRADING STANDARDS/ THE OFFICE OF FAIR TRADING. It is a blatant attempt to filter the opinions/experiences of customers.

Translate this please. Toolstation format and website is superb, informing the client what stock is available, and when to expect delivery. Delivery is prompt. The range of stock is good, and the brands are trustworthy. A good company.

Absolutement superb service très très bon

I've used Toolstation twice recently and I've got to say, 'they were magnificent'.
Ordering was simple and straightforward, their communication was first class and my items arrived very quickly.
