They said they tried to deliver the other door but they didnt and wanted £45 redelivery charge, When i tried to cancel they said there would be a 40% restocking charge.
I dealt with Chris at Sell It On, and I must say the service was great. Communication all the way through, and I managed to get more money for my car than other sites. If you’re thinking of selling your car, definitely use these guys.
Customer service is awful. Ordered a parcel it has been in transit for 2 weeks. Had to wait 37minutes to get through to their instant web chat. Get through to Xavier Simson and then doesnt even respond

After looking into this for you we ca nsee that a delivery scan was made on 04/12 at 18:47. If you are not in receipt of the parcel then you must make the supplier of the item aware of this. They will be able to assist you further with your order if needs be. We would like to thank you for your patience so far with this.
