Avoid, Poor Customer Service

Avoid, ordered 4 doors, 3 were out of stock.

They said they tried to deliver the other door but they didnt and wanted £45 redelivery charge, When i tried to cancel they said there would be a 40% restocking charge.

Really professional A++++

Really professional.

They gave me an offer on my car, 3 days later the dealer was at my door and the money was deposited into my account with no fuss.

High recommend and would most definitely use them again!!

Horrendous

Customer service is awful. Ordered a parcel it has been in transit for 2 weeks. Had to wait 37minutes to get through to their instant web chat. Get through to Xavier Simson and then doesnt even respond

After looking into this for you we ca nsee that a delivery scan was made on 04/12 at 18:47. If you are not in receipt of the parcel then you must make the supplier of the item aware of this.
