There were several sites that sold the play kitchen that we ordered from maisonwhite. We chose this site because of the competetive price and the excellent customer service reviews. Three small pieces in the kit were defective when we started to construct the kitchen. I contacted the company and the replacements were sent to me within a matter of days. We were really impressed with the service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

I have had the best experience with Oak North because the app is so well designed. I'm retired and my generation doesn't always find technology easy but this is the best banking app I've ever used

I received the card I ordered and approximately one sixth of the personalised photo I'd chosen wasn't chosen. Just a blank white space which looked silly. In part it was my fault, when I saw the preview I hadn't realised that the full photo wasn't showing ( I don't know why it wasn't filling the allotted space and when I checked after receiving the card, there was no facility to make the card fit the space). If there was a facility to inform customers that there was part of the card which wasn't showing their photo, it would be helpful. This cost me nearly £5, I'm very disappointed and would be embarrassed to hand this card over to the recipient

The delivery was efficient and I really liked the quality, fit and fabric of the shorts. Unfortunately they were pretty wide above the knee, which made me look like a boy scout.
At the moment finding it difficult to return them as the return lockers have been full for the last couple of days, but am confident this will be resolved after Christmas.

I ordered a play kitchen for my grandaughter. Unfortunately I'd ordered the same model as my daughter had and asked for a refund. The customer service representative was very helpful and I was able to return this despite the strike days by Royal Mail

I like the convenience of Moonpig and the fact that you can easily upload a photo to the card. I really dislike the fact that no matter how I try, the text or photo doesn’t always end up in the space it’s meant to be. If the pages were numbered one to four it would really help. I sent two personalised cards but it took the best part of an hour to get right There is still a sizeable percentage of the population that didn’t grow up with technology and I don’t think the site takes this into account

I had a consultation with Kemi. I felt she was very knowledgeable and especially liked the fact there was no pressure to buy. I felt reassured by her recommendation relating to the hearing aid recommended.

I love the quality of the fabrics from Baukjen. The photos are a very good indication of the product.

My only disappointment is the sizing for the trousers. The size 6 is still to big for me and although I love the fabric and styles, I won't be buying any in future. I've tried numerous styles, and they are all slightly too large

I ordered a birthday card which was due to be delivered on 23rd February. It arrived on 25th February. I paid for first class postage, this is entirely unacceptable when a birthday card arrives so late. Moonpig still give the excuse of Covid which is just pathetic.

I would have had more patience, but a birthday card ordered for me by my daughter arrived four days too late. I feel they should refund postage when they let customers down.

The parcel was delivered earlier than expected but an eta would have been helpful

My order of a trifle bowl arrived promptly. Like all the other reviewers I'm absolutely delighted with mine. Haven't used it as yet, but it is beautiful

My only criticism is that the colour barely any difference to my skin colour, I'm not sure if it could be discerned at all.

After having a conversation with a member of the team, I emailed a question which I never received a reply to and had to phone again.

I asked for the policy documents to be posted to me. The representative I spoke to said he would send these out and also email the documents. These may have gone into the 'junk' folder but I can't find them. Over a week ago, I emailed asking for paper copies and haven't received a reply.

This firm doesn't follow up on emails sufficiently, I'm really unimpressed at constantly having to chase them

I placed an order with the White Company on Saturday evening and received the parcel through Hermes in the early afternoon. I also received information about the delivery time well in advance. Very impressed.

I love Hotel Chocolat products and was really pleased that there was on offer on. I like the fact that the website offers suggestions for children, teenagers, hampers etc as it's so much easier to choose a gift. I was disappointed that I wasn't able to add individual chocolate bars to my order, only the more expensive items were shown.

My main problem is with the order form, I wasn't able to submit my order and there are no indications as to why. Eventually I worked out that autofill provided didn't include the County, but it was extremely frustrating

Ordered some items for my daughter. The quality is amazing. Ordered from another company selling maternity clothes and the fit and quality were noticeable inferior.
