Ordered 2nd January still not received…Dishonest company

Ordered 2nd January still not received my goods.
I have emailed several times and they tell me they are TRYING to track my order. Very good at giving you a very long reply to your emails but it is lies.
My order was £34.99 not a large sum of money but for them not to send the goods is dishonest.Do not order from them.

I am dissatisfied with this company

I am dissatisfied with this company. Ordered 2nd December, all items were returned in December.I received an email informing me that they had received the packages. They then email me to tell me they had issued a refund on 2nd January, still waiting they are due me £549.86. I have telephoned them and sent several emails which they don’t even reply to now.
How much long must I wait. Disgraceful.

Christina from customer services was very helpful today,she answered all my questions about my new contract,talked me through everything I was concerned about.She certainly deserves to be recognised as a wonderful employee with EDF. After many text messages she is the one that sorted everything for me today.
