A scam

This company is a scam. Dress did not fit. Supposed to be large but could not get it on. It looked nothing like the picture.

Wish I had seen these reviews before .

Does not even deserve 1star.

Flowers good, online ordering not as clear as could be.

The flowers's arrived when expected .

I found the online experience not so good as it was not clear whether it was my address or the recipient's that was needed. I cancelled once and started again and would appreciate a clearer form. I was also called by the recipient's name on messages to me. So wondered if the flowers would come to me who I wanted them to go to.

If the flowers had been going further afield I doubt I would have continued with the order.

Pleasant helpful assistant

Pleasant helpful assistant. Just wish I did not have to return the clothes. Tops which were like dresses on me. Please could you make shorter polo shirts and tops for shorties like me

Air fryer brilliant. Delivery in not so good

The air fryer is lovely but the delivery process not so good. I did not receive information that it was being delivered nor when it had been delivered. No.one came to the door or rang the doorbell. I had said to put it by the back door but only if not in. As I have a video door bell I know that the deliverer did not even approach the front door just left it at the back gate which was locked . I only found it by accident it could have been stolen and I would have been none the wiser.

Very helpful staff

Very helpful staff. We had been after a new canopy for our garden swing. Was told to phone in March . Did so and was able to buy one and it was delivered promptly. Now only need some nice weather to put it on our swing seat

I have always found Petplan very good. I particularly like covered for life as it is reassuring to know that the same condition can be claimed for if necessary.

The staff are always very helpful and it does not take long for claims to be paid.

I was so disappointed as I loved the dress but no good for shorties like me. The pockets would have been by the hem.

The online order was confusing as although the item was in stock I was told it would be 2 weeks before I could collect. The next day, however, all well as message to say it could be collected. Customer services in the shop was excellent.

Mostly a good service but....

Mostly a good service but I do not like misleading advertising. Told can have it the next day but that is not entirely true as only if you pay £20 extra. I just want honesty. When I phoned I hoped to have the appliance within 2 days only to be told 5 days hence. If I had known I would have booked it earlier . I was away on holiday and had hoped to have it delivered when I returned.
