All they care about - your money.

Placed an order on January 29. Been told that my order will be delivered between February 4-7. Okay, fine with me. Waiting. On Februry 8 on Amazon site tracking my order and find this message - "Delivery attempted 4 February. Unfortunately, DHL ran into an issue when attempting your delivery. They will try again." And that's it. Nothing more. No phone calls, no messages. How simple is it - just blame that nobody was home and you'll be okay. Nobody cares that it is an absolute lie.
And the seller doesn't give a shit because they take your money once you placed your order. And now it is up to you how you going to deal with undelivered package and get you money back when you ask for a refund. It is now your headace and your problem. When I tried to contact the seller (on Amason site - this is only way to contact the seller) they told me contact DHL and scedule a new delivery time. Really? So all you do is just taking money? I paid for the item and for a delivery, that what is my obligation. To deliver the paid product to my front door is your obligation. So if don't like it then get off the Amazon website.

Shop with confidence

This was a new site for me to take the risk of buying alcohol on, so I was a little nervous, as I had been burned by other online stores during my pre-Christmas shopping. And what have surprised me most - an excellent service. Any question you had was resolved quickly. Moreover, you didn't even have to call them, it was enough to reply their an order confirmation e-mail (yes, there is no so irritating no-reply emails) and just ask your question, and receive an answer in a short time. Sometimes even within half an hour, and always within the same day.

Business on the verge of fraud

Placed an order (not sure of the exact number because I could never pinpoint it, L801435976 or LES-L801435976-01 and Ref# 412435458) on December 19th. On December 21st (!?) I get my first email from Celeritas saying they are having trouble locating me. Seriously?? You have my home address and phone number. Just call me. On December 23rd I received another email from them saying that - "Your parcel with tracking number 412435458 from JDE is now available to the carrier ECOSCOOTING and will be delivered today to the following address - with my name, home address, my phone number.
Okay. Waiting. Nothing.
The next day (December 24th) I received another email which is an exact copy (word for word) of the email from December 23rd. Okay. This time I will wait another 3 days. On December 26th, I decided to check the status of my delivery by tracking number on the Celeritas website and found that on the same day, December 24th, my package was returned -
"12/24/2024 11:16:49 AM Return delivered to destination warehouse"
Then I have a question for you - Where is my return? You had enough time to process the refund.

Dishonest and also not very smart

According to their website notes they had three attempts to deliver my order - on December 21st, 23rd and 24th, and each time - "we couldn't find you in the selected address". Really? I especially laughed at their third attempt at 8:17 am. Imagine, the sun rises at 8:30 and they are already looking for me in the dark at 8:17. Shame on you. You could simply call me instead of "wandering around in the dark".

Business on the verge of fraud

I placed an order on November 11th and have not received my order or refund since then. I have contacted them several times via email but no result. The last I heard from them was that I will get a refund when the package they sent is returned by the shipping company. Like that.
So you can judge their overall morale.
Well, I'll wait until the end of the week and then file a claim with the European Consumer Rights Centre.

Another dishonest company in the delivery services market

Instead of describing the situation, I will simply provide excerpts from their two emails:
1st on 26/11 -
Hello,
We are working to get your package to you as soon as possible. If you have not received your package within the next 72 hours, please contact us. We will be happy to help you.

2nd on 28/11 -
Hello,
We have not been able to deliver your package 296600000000124610 after several attempts. When all attempts are exhausted, we must proceed to return the package.
Please contact the platform or seller for more information and complaints.

What?? Really?? What is going on? So I do some research - go to Ecoscooting website, enter tracking number and find two notes stating that they had two attempts (not several?) on 26/11 and 27/11 both around 5 - 6 p.m. to deliver the package, but nobody was home. And when I sent an email saying it's not possible since we all were home these days and these specific times, and asked them why they did not call us or sent messages (I checked my phone - no missed calls or messages), or why they simply did not use the gate intercom when arrived; they sent me another email saying... - see 2nd email on 28/11, as no one asked them the question.
So I guess this is how this company does business when they short on time or people. Why try to put in more effort to do what you're supposed to do when you can just blame the customers without any proof that they weren't home. And that's it. How easy and simple.

Pure scam

This company is a complete scam. Firstly, to attract customers, they promise to deliver your order within 24 hours (1 business day). Now, 4 business days later when I told them that I still have not received my order and because of this I am canceling my order and requesting a refund, they tell me that a refund will be available after the delivery company (MRW) will return the goods to them. In other words, if the delivery company never returns the item, I will never receive a refund. So, when it comes to charging your credit card it takes a minute, to get a refund - much longer, and as a possible scenario - never. And here's what else I noticed. This company doesn't care about their customers at all. As proof of MRW's attempt to deliver my order, they send me a photo of one of the gates of our urbanization. Really??? And when I asked why they didn’t call me they have my phone number, there was no answer, just silence, as if no question had been asked.
Then logically I can conclude that these two companies in the scam are connected.

My review is not about the quality of…

My review is not about the quality of goods like many reviews (in the end, you get what you pay for), but about that, as soon as the company sends your order, they no longer worry about the status of the order and delivery. To insure themselves, they immediately warn you that delivery takes 5-12 business days. Okay. Problems begin when after the said waiting period you have to go to their site and find out that your package is already in the post office, and waits for you to be picked up!? Why is it not delivered to your house?? Because you were either not home, or your phone did not work/was indicated incorrectly, or the address is not specified correctly. And what is amazing that all other sites (including even Aliexpres), where I usually also make orders, have no problems to call me, or find my house, or just send me email with information about upcoming delivery days.
So enough is enough. I decided that this would be the last time I use Temu. I will spam this site.

Bad customer service

I placed an order on September 11th. Received an email stating estimated delivery September 13th to 18th. On September 20th I started sending emails asking about the status of my order. Today (September 25) the third one was sent. Still no answer. No one seems to care about the problem.

You are asking what went wrong this time

You are asking what went wrong this time. Well, after I read a lot of reviews of deceived people, and this time nothing wrong also. Usual scam. You promised me that the order would be delivered within 1 week, but this was not done even after 2 weeks. You were supposed to deliver the package to my home address, but instead you sent it to some UPS store. And all this without any notice. I had to send an email to find out what happened to my order and then wait a couple of days before anyone deigns to reply to me that the package is in such a place, and I need to hurry as storage days limit is approaching.
So, rather, I would like to ask what is wrong with you people, and how should I rate your service?
