Be warned- order never received

Ordered 7th August, now 21st August and no sign of order. It continually says out for delivery but does not appear. I have contacted customer service who told me they will ‘let me know what the courier says’. This is no use to me as I am without the product that I paid for and there is no refund or new order given.

I have ordered 3 bottles (2 whyskies…

I have ordered 3 bottles (2 whyskies and 1 wine) for 187 EUR in total at the end of January. Now is 18th of February and I still don't have any tracking info for my order. This website acts like a scam. I have requested a refund by PayPal and I would recommend people to AVOID using Topdrinks website for buying anything.

Business on the verge of fraud

I placed an order on November 11th and have not received my order or refund since then. I have contacted them several times via email but no result. The last I heard from them was that I will get a refund when the package they sent is returned by the shipping company. Like that.
So you can judge their overall morale.
Well, I'll wait until the end of the week and then file a claim with the European Consumer Rights Centre.

No package and no refund (after 3 weeks)

Never got my package and have to fight for the refund... (Still no refund, almost 3 weeks later)

🚩 Lost the package
🚩 Very delayed delivery (no info for a week)
🚩 No refund

On the website it says 24-48 hour delivery. I ordered late 26th of June (Wednesday), now it was July 1st (Monday) - I sent them a message and they said my package has been lost and will be delivered as soon as possible...

I had to leave after 2 days which I let them know - they said if the package doesn't come, they will cancel it and send me the refund.

On the morning when I had to leave (full 5 business days after ordering), I let them know I never got the package.

They said they will refund in 1-3 business days. It was July 3rd.

A few days later, I send another email, they say "we have to make sure the delivery company never delivered it", they will send refund once they get approval...

This was July 9th.

When I replied, they said the person responsible for the refund was on the vacation, now I will receive it... - July 10th.

Now it has been more than 2 weeks since I made the order I never saw and I still haven't been refunded ❌❌❌

It's July 15th now. Still waiting for my refund.

A very pleasant experience

I ordered a dozen bottles of spirits to take advantage of the free delivery. All were competetively priced and arrived very well packaged less than 24hrs later. My Spanish is very poor, but the all-Spanish website was easy to use. I discovered Topdrinks whilst making an order on Amazon where a particular item was listed as "supplied by Topdrinks", so I cut out the middleman. Will definitely use again.
