Impossible to Cancel

I ordered an item and within 15 minutes realised this company was in Germany. I immediately requested a cancellation as it would not arrive in time. I received an email back to say it could not be cancelled due to their logistics… but after 15 minutes?. Ridiculous. I will not use this company again. The UK email address is misleading.

Honda Peeling Paint

I bought a brand new Honda Civic from Richard Sanders in Kettering. It has metallic white paint. Just out of warranty it has now started to have peeling paint issues as do 1000s of other Honda Civics in this colour. The side front rails, and now the roof. Honda doesn’t care; Richard Sander's doesn’t either. It has cost me £1000s to repair. Never again. Poor customer service.

Mattress Protector issues…

I bought a most fabulous king size mattress back in 2022. As part of the guarantee I was asked to purchase a mattress protector which was ok with me. After 1 year of this protector coming off the mattress on a daily basis I was not impressed and phoned customer service. An unfriendly lady recommended I buy the new mattress topper @ almost £90. No improvement at all. To this day now in 2024 each morning I have had to drag the protector back again over the mattress. So annoying. I’ve tried so many different sheets. The mattress is great but suspect the sizing is wrong in my case. So not too pleased and no solution.

Excellent responsive customer service

Excellent responsive customer service. My parcel was lost by Royal Mail. I emailed to say I had not received my boots. Within a few hours I had customer service mail back and resend out to me with clear tracking details. Excellent customer service and a great company, and gorgeous boots too!

Dreadful customer service

Dreadful customer service. I asked to cancel but they still posted it out. Now won’t respond to my emails for the return. Very disappointed as they are keen to take your money but do nothing to help when there is an issue. I am still waiting over a week now for customer service to send me a return label.

Excellent customer service. The product I ordered was out of stock and I was offered an upgrade or a number of other options. A very professional company and highly efficient communication. The coir mat I received is brilliant and super quality and looks fantastic. I’m very pleased and would highly recommend this company.

Beware - cancellations can go wrong..

I booked a property in Greece which I had to cancel due to Covid. Booking.com sent me an email receipt of cancellation confirmation stating no further action was required. Later in the year the property billed me for the full amount of the booking stating that I was a NO SHOW. They said that Booking.com had not informed them of the cancellation. Now Booking.com are refusing to refund me for this payment taken, and I have spent hours on the phone and uploading endless documentation while they say they are looking into it, but they never get back. The customer service is dire, the ‘processes’ the staff have to follow are poor. I have used booking.com for many years, I will never use them again after this experience. Be warned.

Dreadful Experience

I am appalled by Prudential. I set up an AVC which after 3 months I found out had not been set up. Then out of the blue a month later, funds were taken from my pay, I had no information from Pru about this or any account details. I finally received a very long letter stating that they were sorry and offered me a cheque to arrive in 10 days. Suffice to say, 24 days have passed and no cheque has arrived. The funds of 3 months pay are not even in my account. Serious concerns.

Dreadful

Dreadful. Booked flights for my 2 children and I to Turkey via Istanbul. The website is so poor, that despite my checking all details prior to booking my email address came up wrongly and worse still the surname of my son was duplicated for his brothers middle name. They are asking £125 to cancel r change his surname plus fees (flight was £137) and are now even refusing to change surname. Never again.

Room for Improvement

I wanted to order a £150 turbo trainer and proceeded to order online. The refer a friend system would not accept the email of my friend who had never used Wiggle before. After placing the order through my friend Wiggle then informed me that the order had been cancelled as there was some problem with refer a friend for 10% discount. What a wasted time. I used to love Wiggle. They have now lost my trade and I've gone elsewhere.

Appalling - Don't use

I sent in my near perfect Iphone and they came back with a considerably reduced offer a few weeks later. I refused and asked for it to be returned. It's now 8 days and still no phone back. They don't answer my emails and the phone is permanently engaged. I will report to the police as theft. I would never touch them again and MoneysavingExpert should remove this company from its search engines.
