Unacceptable delivery

Ordered a selection of plants on 18/2/25, and order confirmation quoted 'delivery within 28 days'. Called after this period and was told they hadn't received the items yet, presumably from their supplier. Here we are 49 days later and still no receipt of plants. They should not be quoting delivery dates if they can't be achieved, so that consumers can make an informed decision and possibly shop elsewhere. A very poor show!

Trek bike

Activ Cycles were the only supplier at the time that was able to provide the chosen bike. Delivery was just a few days and the bike arrived very well packaged!

Abysmal delivery

Really disappointed with delivery of one Prunus Novita bush. Was told it would be end of April 2024, then this was changed to 31 May, and then changed again to 14 June. 6 weeks late! Suttons have never been the same since they were taken over by Thompson and Morgan. Will seriously consider never purchasing from them again.

Thank you for your review. We do schedule our crop production to tie in with the estimated delivery times given to you at time of purchase. While we work towards these scheduled delivery windows, being a live product, various factors can come into play through the growing season that may set this date back; lower than expected temperatures or light levels for example. In these instances we would rather hold back your plants until they are at their peak for despatch, rather than send a substandard plant that may struggle to get going once in your garden. Smart Meter issues

What is the point of having Smart Meters when the British Gas app has not shown any gas usage data since 19/4/23, and as for electric usage they appear to have estimated for the whole month of May 2023. And as for the Smart Meter monitor, it is still showing the gas tariff at the old rate even though this was revised on 1/7/23. And when you do get to speak to Customer Service nobody seems to care about these issues. When are you going to sort this out?

Bay window curtain pole

Disappointed with the quality of the Rolls Neo curtain pole and brackets. You pay a high price for poor quality material. The stainless steel curtain pole had patches of rust and it's finish did not match the bendable corner pieces.

The app has to rank as one of the most…

The app has to rank as one of the most useless. What is the point of being able to view usage data if there is nothing to review. It has not updated since February. For christ sake British Gas get it sorted. Very amateurish.

Corner Bench Set

Very pleased with my Richmond Rattan Corner Bench Set. Mia in Customer Service was very helpful and sorted things out after I changed my mind for this set. I ordered on a Friday and it was delivered the following Tuesday by two helpful and informative guys. Can't wait now for some decent weather to try it all out. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased some Hep2o…

I recently purchased some Hep2o fittings and they were supplied unbagged. I questioned this with the member of staff in the Didcot store who told me that is how they receive them. Wavin say that all their fittings are bagged to prevent the 'O' ring seals from drying out. I will not be purchasing these fittings from Toolstation again!

New glasses

I visited my local store recently to purchase new glasses and the assistant wanted me to have frames that had been on display. I have complained about this before, telling the assistant that I did not want second-hand frames, but she said it was their policy. I am sorry but this is not acceptable.
