Updates to say when it’s going to be delivered were sent about 10 minutes before it will be delivered. I don’t understand how you can be more specific? There were a ridiculous number of updates beforehand saying you had my parcel etc etc but not much in the actual delivery time. Why???

The sheets absolutely stank when I opened the parcel! I had to wash them twice to get rid of the smell.
They are nice but definitely not worth the price.

We apologise for any lingering smells on your sheets; unfortunately, it seems to be a leftover smell from the constant use of anti-bacterial sprays to help combat bacteria and viruses in our distribution center.
However, the smell is completely removed after the first wash, so no need to worry!

It’s easy to use but I don’t understand why you make it so difficult to book a return journey where the departure and return airports are different

Great delivery service. Keith called beforehand giving me enough notice to get a few other bits done. They were very quick with the delivery and installation. And we’re kind enough to answer a couple of questions as well despite being on a tight schedule. Will definitely use AO again! Better service than some of your competitors!!

Our holiday to Bhutan was the best trip I have ever been on. From the flight into Bhutan to the actual activities, it was fantastic.
It helps that Rickshaw worked with ABC - the bhutanese travel company. Our guide and driver changed the tour according to tastes and needs when we got there which was great.
Rickshaw made it very easy to book and were a great help. We will definitely use them again if we can find another country as beautiful as Bhutan!
