Found the whole process pretty simple and straight forward. Using the online planing tool was a little tricky to get my head round at first but I soon got the hang of it - plus, there are plenty of help guides and video tutorials online which were a great help.
The kitchen came pretty quickly and was delivered in the suggested timescales given at time of ordering.
Kitchen is good quality and was simple to put together.

Chose Hammonds over other companies as we wanted full carcass wardrobes. Sales man was polite and not overly pushy however, we had to work him down on price. An honest price from the get go would’ve been better. You have to pay deposit before you get fitting dates and a surveyor comes in the mean time. Surveyor was quick but then we had to wait three months on average for the fitting. This was a huge disappointment as we weren’t made aware of long wait times at time or order.
Also, we’ve had to make two guarantee claims within a year. On the first occasion we waited two months for the problem to be rectified. Second claim currently underway. Waited over 7 weeks for first appointment to rectify, fitter showed up with a broken door! Called Hammonds guarantee line, was told I had called the wrong place but she would speak to someone for me and get me a call back. Husband then called after not receiving a call and was told end of October - 4 week wait. Had to push hard for a second appointment next week.
Very, very quick to take our money, extremely slow at then providing the goods and making good if something goes wrong. Now down three days wages and a lot of wasted time in the space of 12 months. Would not buy from here again due to wait times and lack of service after fitting.

I am completely in love with this small business! Every wax melt I’ve tried has been beautifully made and packed with fragrance — you can smell the quality before you even pop one in the burner. The scent throw is just perfect — strong enough to fill a room but never overwhelming.

You can really tell how much care goes into each product, from the thoughtful packaging to the attention to detail in the melts themselves. They look as good as they smell, and they last much longer than others I’ve tried in the past.

Everything arrived quickly and carefully wrapped, with a lovely personal touch that made the whole experience feel special.

I love supporting small businesses that truly care about their craft, and this one definitely delivers. If you’re into wax melts, do yourself a favour and give them a try — you won’t be disappointed!

Scam website. Don’t send items. Can’t contact. Have to raise dispute with bank.

Received order very quickly and all correct. Can get daily discount codes from twitter too! Good e juice although flavours could do with being a bit stronger as some don't have much taste e.g. Watermelon.

Tim was my local expert. He did an amazing job from start to finish. Very informative, always on hand to answer questions and calm my nerves! Would have no hesitation to recommend him to friends and family in the future.
