Ordered a Vivienne Westwood which in an email they said is genuine. When it came I cannot express enough how terrible the quality was. Expected it to be a dupe since it was around £30 but you can buy dupes from Ali express for £5 that were much better quality. It was so plasticky and looked nothing like the picture. It’s like they didn’t even try to make it look authentic.

Emailed numerous times to return the absolute rubbish they sent me saying its genuine Stone Island, will not give me a return address- offered $10 and said to keep items- I don't the items they are fit for the bin only.

Absolutely disgusting scam company who do not send anyone their correct order. No order is correct. As well as it being cheap tat and not sending you what you’ve ordered, when emailing them for refund (over 15 times so far) they have offered me £25GBP, offers started at 7USD) but they call it “compensation” it’s not compensation when you have basically stolen customers money. What they do is get every order wrong, refuse to send you rest of order, that makes them money. They then use the excuse of freight and shipping costs are too expensive to send out the rest of your order that they got wrong. They know what they are doing. Email Ives Leo of this scam company he sends back emails quite quickly if you send them in the middle of the night, then when he stops replying, bombard him with the same email he eventually replies but still saying the same lies, we offer you “compensation”. As I’ve told him it’s not compensation if it’s their error and our loss, then he uses the usual line “shipping freight too expensive to send you out the item”. They know what they are doing. They are not genuine in any way, they are a scam company. Do not buy from this fake company. Put reviews on every review site you can. I’m still awaiting my ring I ordered but the freight is too expensive, yeah right, even though now the loss is down to £4.30, so why would they not send it? Nothing adds up with this company. On 22nd November 2020 I ordered three items from the Vivienne Westwood range, two necklaces and one bracelet, on the recommendation of my two granddaughters who wanted the items for Christmas. When I eventually took delivery only two of the items were correct, albeit of inferior quality, and the third was one I had not ordered. After many emais to their Customer Service and much delay, they offered me an $8 voucher against my next purchase (there won't be one) and I needn't return the unwanted item. I had asked for a full refund of the £23 I had paid, plus compensation. I reiterated that I wanted a refund but have heard nothing further since early January.

So wish I'd checked this first!! 100% fake daughters Vivienne Westwood necklace now in 3 parts,
so glad I didn't spend more than £35 but I had actually emailed them first to check if products were authentic which they replied that they were!!! Is that not illegal? Lesson learnt, if it seems to good to be true it normally is!!!

How do I contact them for a missing item?

Cant even begin this insult of refunds av been offered spending £80 plus .... we will refund u £13 no mate ...I want all my money...
Absolutely vile crappt service

Please do not buy from this company, I ordered a purse and earrings, received a purse that I did not order which is fake and no earrings. When I contacted then I had nothing but excuses and them refusing me a refund telling me I can use the purse they have sent me, I have told them over and over I want a refund but they will not send it. Do not waste your money on this scam business.

Ordered the an item on the 24th November and still not received the item on the 5th Jan 2021 (total of 42 days). The tracking is in transit. I have emailed Ives whose contact details were attached to the delivery email, all I have received is a s rude and unhelpful response telling me to wait and be patient with my order. If I could give zero stars I would.

Requested a refund so will await to see there response to this.

My partner bought me a Vivienne Westwood scarf from here for Christmas. A month later we received a plain black scarf which is nothing like what was ordered.
No way to contact them and as he paid on his bank card we are also unable to get a refund for this.

CRAP. Sent the wrong item and then didnt respond when I tried to send it back. Cost £32. Probably not genuine VW either.

This is such a scam and make sure you don’t buy from here. If you have, make sure to request a cancellation through customer service and also file a dispute on PayPal. You will get a refund as they don’t respond to the disputes from PayPal. Don’t buy from here and if you do file a dispute instantly

i ordered beginning of December I still haven’t received my order I’m in the process of trying to get my money back

Had to give one star to put review. Terrible company. Wish I had read reviews before placing jewellery order for granddaughters Christmas present. They gave me a tracking number which said it had arrived in country on 16th November. Utter lies. Now in hands of Pay Pal to sort it.

Basically exactly the same as everyone else.... received 2 broaches in place of pair of earrings!!! I did get a partial refund from PayPal but would sooner of read some of these comments 1st as they’re all similar & ALL ring true as a bell.!!
Do yourself a favour don’t bother,,

You look at the website and it looks just like the "Vivienne Westwood" website, which is what fooled me to start with. These are not authentic Vivienne Westwood products, they are FAKES. If you are lucky you will get a cheap fake, if you are not you will get a fake tracking number and lose your money. Ive reported them to my credit card company.

Loads of time wasted dealing with these total jokers, please do not make the same mistake as I have.

Their website sells Vivienne Westwood products at cheap prices. Problem is that the items are fake and not aunthentic. Less than an hour after placing my order I emailed them to cancell. For the next few days they emailed me repeatedly and asked me to reconsider and to agree for them to ship the item. Each time I immediately emailed them "NO". Five days after cancelling the order they still "supposedly" sent the parcel and gave Paypal a YODEL tracking number, so that they could get paid.

UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS A SCAM. IN THE BEST SCENARIO YOU WILL GET CHEAP FAKE GOODS, IN THE WORST YOU WILL RECEIVE NOTHING.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. This is a scam site, they will take your money and not reply. No order confirmation nothing!!! Dont make the mistake i made! And if you are going to risk it order through paypal so you can potentially get your refund. Im still waiting on my refund, do not trust this site!!!!!!

Total scam site. Everything thing ordered is obviously fake and I should have known tbh as so cheap. Not having any joy on getting a refund so I would avoid using this site at all costs
