Missing items again

Missing items again , I'm tired of paying service charges for nothing as I have to go to shop for items that they didn't pack nor refund me for. At this point it's not incompetence, it's fraud.

TOTALLY DANGEROUS

As for service nothing went wrong but as for the pizzas that was in my order , after eating them today , I found that one had a metal screw inside the pizza yet the polythene packaging wasn't damaged in slightest. Co-op I regard to is Leeds , York street.

Gone on Uber eats site today and got charged for something I had to pay for to order back in 2020, any form of resolution is next to impossible especially since there's no active order and they just ignore method through help section, how fraudulent can a business be and still not be shut down.

Deceptive selling

Deceptive selling , buy a meal deal for £12 , have 1 side removed as well as deal resulting in being charged £15+ without that removed side. So instead of subbing item they removed and charged singular.
This maybe the last time I ever use co-op which is a shame since ready made cheese burgers are nice , get it ? After deceit I'll even avoid going in store.

Didn't even get food today and no resolution, I got a phone call to o collect food from street but when I got down there nobody . So today I'm £25 down and no food. So after investigation GPS of their rider was outside and they confirmed name of recipient? So where's did my food go because I didn't get it.

Bought shark 8 and after 5 months it stops charging , it didnt even reach a quarter of its life expectancy. Still under warranty yet no acceptable fix, their seller on Amazon would give me a refund upon return of handset but no way to reset it of personal and financial credentials. I paid £200 for a temporary phone that was promised to last 2+ yrs.

True rating is 0 star for simple reason after an hour no food , restaurant doesn't respond then I'm asked if I made order 8 minutes prior when that was when I failed to contact restaurant, get my refund but I must manually transfer it to my card . At this point I see no food and no money , just a waste of time.

Hey, the refund goes to the wallet instantly in case you would like to order straight away. However, should you not want to, you can manually withdraw the money which takes up to 3-5 working days to receive.

Missing items

Missing items , no resolution and expected to wait 2 days which means payment cannot be amended. You pay service charge yet the service is unnecessary if partners make a mistake. Today I have had to pay service charge twice as I had to reorder to get the items which wasnt sent first time around , that's 50% of what I spent in service charges and delivery. It's not good enough to charge twice the price they must charge you for items not sent nor received.

Amazon used these for next day delivery…

Amazon used these for next day delivery to me and we'll it's Saturday and they didn't deliver , sat in all day waiting , no calling card yet they claim to have tried deliver and will deliver next working day.
I ordered next day as I need items for Sunday and well it seems I've just wasted my money and time.

After receiving a notification of an…

After receiving a notification of an item to me that I've not recieved, i made claim of non receipt and they send a photo of a parcel on my door step.
I dont think they understand what and where is considered a safe place !!!
Hermes hasnt changed at all.
So a week later and now sender is claiming that evri is now claiming parcel was handed to resident when theyve already acknowledged that their courier had already declared leaving it at door on a communal walkway which he got to without being given access, if they'd of used intercom to gain access I'd of been notified and been able to collect at door or atleast collect it before it's taken by someone else.
I'm tired of all of this , in future if it's not clearly stated yodel , royal mail or Dpd are used then I wont use their services because I've not got patience to be dealing with Hermes and dont want to have to interact with them again.

I'm very suspicious about this application as its looks exactly like the malware application some websites encouraged you to download , it finds files that dont exist and creates files that pretend to be something else.
Check your processing list.

Activate a VPN and conpare speeds to with VPN disabled and you'll see true speeds, sky purposely throttle customers which is why when you hide IP you get higher down and up speeds. They've even clarified that, but claim it's "fair use policy" or even go as far as saying its congestion. After all these years of sky giving services its actually appalling how they operate, phone and complain and I can guarantee 8 out of 10 times you'll be convinced you need a bigger package or better equipment , either way they will be wanting more monies from you.

I'm actually glad to see it's not just…

I'm actually glad to see it's not just me, so I won't take it personally, I guess. I've been with them several months and I'd like to state at first everything ran smooth, customer services were as helpful as they could possibly be then I get an arrogant individual treating me as if I'm stupid and I needed to educate him when they're upgrading network and he's trying to claim its an error on my side, 4 months on and still network is slipping in performance. Three have a massively bad reputation and they, smarty are following in their footsteps even down to poor customer services. They do not notify you of upcoming maintenance, so if you have or doing work online, I sincerely hope you're lucky not to be affected. There's not even a sorry received as they just close the chat or even worse they ask for your log in information for verification, which you need to put in to sign in just to speak to them. The data they claim I've used this month also is unbelievable due to fact down speeds so bad I give up on 90% of my tasks. Think I'll be avoiding anything associated with Hutchinson in future. Run the speed test 3x and I guarantee you'll have your answer about their reliable network. Normal phone calls don't use 3g or 4g. Don't be fooled by the dishonest reviews. Test them I'm sure you'll find same frustration as everyone else. It's convenient that these amazing reviews come after their lack of management. It could all be avoided if they informed customers of maintenance. They just don't care.

Stay clear

As advertisements show Spark have cheapest rates, so to find out for past 13 months I've been paying rates higher than other companies.
Be careful as rates on paper are not the rates ytou pay
Update ; I've already given Spark the chance to explain over past year and I get told I'm spending 14p per kW, when in reality and been confirmed this week by your own team I've been paying 18p per kW for the past 13 months plus that increase on paper has only just come in this month. Please stay aware how these companies work if they are not monitored.
23rd Nov :- this is my last update seen as of next week I'm switching supplier, after I questioned about prices and current change my tariff has increased again this month to 19.87 per kW.
