Customer services at EDF are easy to…open a new account

Customer services at EDF are easy to use and don’t leave you hanging around on the end of a phone line. Using the chat box was easy. The operative at the other end understood my query and the matter was dealt with quickly and efficiently (getting me signed up to utilities since taking over a flat). Just the right balance of technology (chat box) and human touch on the other end.

Great product and ordering process was …

Great product and ordering process was simple. Delivery was prompt. The heritage collection is a great alternative to having etched glass in bathrooms. I’m not sure you can tell the difference unless you are really looking for it. I would definitely buy this product again.

Gas ran out day after Boxing Day, brrrrrgh.

Calor let us run out of gas the day after Boxing Day. Very bad. What is the point of the gas readings they receive if they do not schedule a delivery in plenty of time? Check your meters - you can’t rely on them to keep the gas tanks topped up.

A good experience so far

My tenants changed the utilities to First Utility. So far I have found them good to deal with. Taking over the account by phone was easy. Submitting meter readings seems to be hassle free by doing it online. So far so good.
