Hello John,

Living on an island off the west coast of Scotland places you in DPD's Highlands and Islands shipping zone. This has a 2-3 working day delivery timescale as stated on our site. Having ordered on a Sunday, your order left us on Monday morning - arriving in Scotland at DPD's main depot on Tuesday. It was redirected to the west coast where it has been waiting at the regional sorting office for the once-a-week ferry service to your island which only runs on a Tuesday. Weather permitting, your parcel will be with you on Tuesday.
