Every time I have had to claim for either of my dogs, Waggel have been exceptional. There has never been a problem in settling a bill with the vet. The team at Waggel are always polite, professional and empathetic. I would recommend this company to anyone who asks me where I have my dogs insured.

My pug suffers from Epilepsy and needs ongoing medication for the condition. Every time he needs more tablets, both the vet and Waggel have been brilliant. Waggels customer service is second to none, and in my eyes, exemplary. I would highly recommend Waggel to anybody who asks where I get my pet insurance from.

I’ve always found Octopus Energy fair and informative. They have always kept me up to date on my account and have refunded money when necessary. It’s easy to use the on line tool and they are very helpful should I need to contact them via telephone. Highly recommended.

The ‘Scotland Rugby Shirt’ was bought for my 3yr old granddaughter. It is well made and fits perfectly. Highly recommended.

Whilst shopping at Bicester Village, we went into Cecconi’s for refreshments. We ordered 1 Latte, 1 Mocha and 1 bottle of still water. £4.50 each for the coffees - but a whopping £5.25 for 750ml of tap water that wasn’t even cold - it was tepid at best! The coffee was ok, but the water was extortionate in my opinion. We will not be attending this venue again.

The sideboard we ordered was delivered in quick time. The item itself is lovely and the perfect addition to our dining room furniture.
