Don't apply through Credit Karma, go to card site.
I don't have a single experience to correlates to the negative reviews. All I'll tell anyone is to stay away from Credit Karma when applying for credit. Go directly to the site of the card you're interested in. I filed Ch7 after the 1st term Trump tariffs killed my business. When rebuilding CK offered this card at $1500, $39 annual fee. I went directly to Mission Lane, was approved for $3000, no annual fee. And just got a line increase to $4k. That makes this a mainstream card worth having, and interest rate is under 29%. Do your homework, apply directly to the card's own site. Don't jump on every pre-approved offer, pay on time or in full, and don't get greedy. My payments post as fast here as with my AMEX and CapitalOne cards and the rate is inline with the industry as a whole. Nothing negative to say about Mission Lane.
