The card works at every location I have been. Payments and account information are always available on the application. Payments are easy to place and I get notifications for everything.

So far the card has been great. The only complaint I have is that I have not received a credit line increase yet and I have used and paid off the card multiple times.

When I signed up it said after I made my first payment my available credit would go up. It was a special sign up I got in the mail This did not happen, it did not go up. Other than that, it is fine.

I'm a new cardholder, and my experience is limited. Nonetheless, my experience to date has been great. Applying for the card was easy, and Merrick's subsequent emails have been very helpful.
