I have been a member since 1984. The Club felt Iike an extended family affair then which, unfortunately, has now deteriorated to a commercial enterprise catering for the masses. Fortunately the sites are in beautiful locations which makes me continue to be a member.

I take out cycle insurance in case my bikes get stolen. Unfortunately, along with most other insurance companies, that in the event the worst happens then it is unlikely (with all the terms and conditions) that they would ever 'pay out.' I was going to cancel this year but I was on automatic renewal and could not be bothered to change ity.

Tyres were very simple to order 'online'. Communication with 'Kwik Fitt/' was excellent. The work was carried out at my home address on a day convenient to me. The fitter, Ryan, was efficient and courteous and fitted the tyres in excellent time. Very satisfied with his work and the service generally.

The actual operation of the boiler is brilliant. My only real concern is how often It asks me to 'top it up.' I have had the installers out on more than one occasion and they just say that that's how it works. I used to 'top up' my old boiler, perhaps, twice a year. The new boiler is every 5-6 weeks.

I initially made an enquiry regarding the 'Swarovski TLS APO' digiscoping for scopes. The enquiry was via their website. They came back to me very quickly and were most helpful and explained everything that I needed. I then actually ordered the equipment and it was delivered next day.
