I am happy with the products that I bought but I did not notice on your email that delivery might be outside the stated times so nipped out to the post three quarters of an hour earlier and missed the delivery. The communications with the delivery company were not completely clear either and by the time I received the box of A4 hard backed envelopes several days later, the box was broken and many of the corners bashed.

Review of Davpack
It was good to find what I wanted at Davpak as I did not find that particular product elsewhere. The purchase went smoothly but the delivery note only said 'overnight' so I waited in the whole of the next day (a Friday), had to get cover for Saturday and it arrived the following Monday. Not the end of the world but there was no way of tracking the parcel. The Davpak office is only open on weekdays until 5pm so at the end of Friday I did not have a clue when it would arrive.

Although we use an overnight courier, we only deliver on working days (Monday - Friday) and therefore we display and describe this on our website as 'Next Working Day Delivery'. This means that your order will have been dispatched on the Friday on an overnight service for delivery on the next working day, being the Monday. Apologies for any confusion this may have caused. Once you have signed in it is relatively speedy to order and pay. There is live online help if you need it, which I did a couple of times. The work was delivered the next day, perfect except for one little thing that was probably my fault.
