I am happy with the products that I bought but I did not notice on your email that delivery might be outside the stated times so nipped out to the post three quarters of an hour earlier and missed the delivery. The communications with the delivery company were not completely clear either and by the time I received the box of A4 hard backed envelopes several days later, the box was broken and many of the corners bashed.
