I ordered a beautiful olive green velvet dress from Boden with diamante buttons and it arrived promptly and beautifully wrapped. It fits like a glove and I'll definitely be wearing it for a special occasion very soon. You always know you can rely on Boden for quality clothing!

I saw an ad for Popsa on Instagram and thought I'd give it a try. I downloaded the app and found it very easy and quick to create a lovely photobook for my daughter. I'm looking forward to seeing how it looks and if I love it, I'll order more!

I had chosen to order a water play table online from Early Learning Centre for my 22-month old grandson as I had thought they are a reputable brand so I trusted them. That was a mistake in the first place! Firstly the table was delivered on a Friday without the 10 accompanying play accessories and, more importantly, without the plug in the bottom of the table, thus making it completely useless as the water simply poured straight out. I called ELC's customer service on the Saturday and was told that I needed to send photos of the missing items to their customer service dept which I did on the Sunday. They told me that the missing items would be sent separately directly to my son and daughter-in-law's house. However, they didn't arrive until the following Thursday and the important plug was STILL missing, making the item STILL unusable. I complained again to the customer service dept who told me that I would be eligible for a refund but that I would need to bring the items into a store to get that. There are now hardly any ELC stores left near me, including at Brent Cross Shopping Centre, where I went to try and get a refund only to find that ELC is no longer at BX. I can't be bothered to keep trying but will never order from ELC again. Be warned if you order from them!!

I've ordered many many items from Roman and I absolutely love their clothing. It is just right for me and they are constantly bringing out fabulous new styles. I also love that they offer a discount code with every item - I'm a loyal customer and will keep coming back to them!

I saw this jewellery company advertised on Instagram and loved the look of the pieces. I ordered 4 items and they arrived so quickly and beautifully wrapped! All of them are lovely quality and I've worn them all since. I actually went back and ordered 2 more pieces which also arrived very quickly and beautifully wrapped. I'll definitely be ordering again from Nikita! :)

I saw Vani glitter eyeshadow palette advertised on Instagram and had to have it as I love everything glittery and sparkly! I received the palette promptly and have already tried it out a couple of times - love it!

DPD delivered an order for me yesterday and they were as reliable and efficient as always! Parcel delivered right to my door (I'm on the third floor of a block of flats with no lift!) and always on time. DPD are the best of all the couriers - always have been!

I saw an ad for Stackers on Instagram and it was exactly what I'd been looking for to consolidate all my bits of jewellery in one place! I ordered 6 of the pale blue leather jewellery box Stackers and loved it so much that I then ordered another 6 of the mirrored glass jewellery box Stackers - I love, love them both!

I was awaiting an important delivery for work and DPD sent me an email on the morning to say what time it would arrive and it came on the dot! The driver came all the way up to the third floor to deliver it to me personally. DPD is always the best of all the courier services!

I'd never heard of San Saru before but saw an ad on Instagram for their lovely jewellery and jewellery pouches. I ordered a pouch and a bracelet and I'm delighted with both of them!

I ordered a cake from Lola's online for my daughter's birthday and when I went to pick it up, it was exactly as I'd ordered. The staff were very helpful (at the Brent Cross branch) and when we had the cake later at my daughter's birthday party, we all agreed that it was delicious! I'll definitely be ordering from Lola's again.

I ordered through Next online and was able to pick up my item on the day I'd chosen from my local store with no issues at all. Very easy and smooth system.

I'm in the middle of planning a trip to NY this Christmas with my partner and Eric has been super helpful in giving me tips on booking activities, what to avoid, what things to see etc. There is so much info out there that it's hard to wade through it all but Eric's tips have really helped me to focus on the things we really want to do.

DPD are always the best delivery service by a country mile! The deliveries are always made within the hour slot given and Antoine has recently twice walked up 3 flights of stairs to deliver the parcel to me in person, despite there being no lift in my building! I rate DPD as the best in the business!

I've never ordered from Silvero before but saw a gorgeous set of stack rings on Instagram and ordered them straight away. They arrived promptly within a day or two and they are beautiful quality. Going to wear them for a dinner party tonight!

I ordered a short sleeved shirt in 3 different colours and I liked it so much, I ordered another 2 colours! Very comfortable and loose - great for the summer.
