Very poor in every aspect . You could purchase a street of houses easier. No handover of vehicle , the girl from accounts had to demonstrate how to open the bonnet . Would I return ?, not a cat in hells chance. Very little interest shown apart from the first entrance to look at car availability.
This experience gets better . Last week I sold my iPhone to music magpie on a Monday , my money entered my account on the Wednesday. I sold my second phone a week later to music magpie and within 24 hours of checking out my phone my money again entered my account. The first sale to me was a test to prove magpie out . They passed with flying colours. A brilliant company to do business with , they are the real deal . Follow my footsteps you can trust music magpie implicitly.

Quite an unbelievable experience to be honest . I was given a very good price for my iPhone on the Sunday, I posted the phone on the Monday , and received my money in my bank on the Wednesday. It doesn’t get any better than that . I’m delighted and will return to music magpie again .

Payment method superb . Customer service with queries to answer ok . Price offered pretty fair . Price on inspection poor . Sold 2 iPhones 14s to you less than 12 months old . Bought the wife one of those 2 sold and she couldn’t get to grips with so we put it back in the box after 2 days of use . You dropped the price by £60.00 because it wasn’t excellent after 2 days of use. We’re both in our late 70s and never go out to misuse it . Wouldn’t return to you I’m afraid.

Not out of habit but out of common sense I only purchase my electric/ electronic items from Curry’s. Not only do you get great offers but the staff help with technical issues when things either needing first time set up or troubleshooting.
Excellent experience again selling to music magpie . You get the best price around and the process is easy to follow . They are experts in their field . The only downside is you have to rely on their chat line to communicate . But it does work to be fair but a telephone number would be an advantage.

Purchased a rug online. Could only purchase this rug using that method , unable to purchase in the store , or collect after purchasing online , only home delivery. I telephoned customer service to ask if not suitable the return process. The agent said you don’t return to your local store we collect from the delivery address. Later during the day I telephoned customer service again regarding another rug and without asking the agent said that if not suitable you take to your local store. Very confusing to say the least and still I don’t know .

From my dealings with music magpie I have to admit they are a first class honest company to do your business with . The advice i was given by friends to sell or buy through music magpie was good advice . I would strongly advise anyone reading this to do the same . They will not be disappointed.

Service fine , plenty of staff around . Prices are not very competitive, smaller companies can be cheaper and offer to beat any price advertised. So Curry’s are OK but offers are not brilliant by any means .
Not very happy with virgin. Customer service that simply don’t understand what I need and I do have difficulty understanding them . I will be moving to Sky and that’s a definite.

Leon , the agent on the other end of the phone was excellent . The shower I wanted was no longer available. Leon helped me technically to choose an alternative that would fit as close to the shower that was replaced . The Omnicare shower is beautiful, so quiet and a great buy . But after all it is a Triton .

The salesman was excellent in every way . Certainly new his stuff and gave great advice. Purchased an excellent settee that I needed desperately and the salesman gave his word it would be delivered as to our plan and his promise.
