Rapha, Amazing quality of the customer service, Andrew, James were very helpful and very patient. There is a reason we keep buying over and over again from Rapha.

I was a hug fan of fizik with 6-7 pairs of shoes and a few saddles. Lately I bought their top of the range pair of road bike shoes, unfortunatelly with a manufacturing defect (it happens no problem). I contacted them and they basically told me to deal with the website who sold them and didn't garantee that their would be any warranty as it's up to each reseller to provide or not a warranty. Frankly the answer wasn't at all what I would have expected from Fizik. Not sure I would buy again with this brand next time.

It's been very weird.
I tried to buy an ipad with my company VAT, most of my team is on holiday so payment took longer than expected.
The point of contact at justphonesales.nl told me on Thursday "not sure the ipad will still be available after the weekend" (meaning I should hurry I Guess). Since his last msg, I sent him 5 emails to see if I can proceed with the payment (from my own bank account) and check if the Ipad i want is still available. No answer, the person completelly disapeared. This behaviour feels fishy to me.

Couple of times, I purchased tools at intermarché, always been disappointed. Last one was a air pump that broke in less than a month. Very cheap stuff.

1. I would highly not recommend Eden Spring. In 2 years the water dispenser broke 4 times (because they re-used very old machine) and every time it takes 5 emails, 6 calls and 2 months to get a new machine.

2. Also we found hair in a bottle, we got in contact with a lady from customer service who said she would call back to follow up on that problem, she never did.

3. Bottles delivered are always so dirty. This + the hair we found really made us suspicious regarding the quality of the water...
