Conned Felt mis lead on the process

Felt mis lead on the process
Paid for the item and only then found out I had to pay extra for postage
It should of been made clear on the first payment which is wrong
Please do not use this company

Disappointed

Installation was on time
The finish could be better and cables secured properly so a bit messy here and there
We were told we would be told how it works and how to operate
Had a 5 minute chat with " download the app and it will be very easy"
I did and it's not easy
I have a boiler that I don't know how to use.
There is not after core with Boxt
No one you can call
Really disappointed and wished I'd spend more and gone to British Gas who would of left a neater job and fully explained on how to operate

Needs improvement

Happy with the results which is the main thing but I do think the contact process should be looked at
It wasn't as promised and I didn't know what was going to happen on the day until late the day before.i wasn't even confident anything would happen.it didn't give me much time to prep. Contact was via text at 9.20 pm and was arrived much later than promised

Terrible customer service

I am still waiting for my issue to be resolved 2 weeks after first reporting a faulty part. I reported the faulty thermostat on the 31st evening leaving 2 answer phone messages and every day there after explaining the problem and asking fir a call back. They didn't even bother calling once.Now 2 weeks later they say the manufacturer will collect this faulty part.i had to source a replacement part as we had a shower we couldn't use so all I want is a refund for the faulty part. Terrible customer service and I would not recommend using the company to anyone. Things go wrong now and then but it's about how you dealing with it that counts and this company needs to up its game
Update
Faulty part collected more luck than anything else but still bo resolution/refund as of 28th August
Do no use this company as this has been going on since of July

Firstly, we apologise for the fault with the product but mostly for your voice mails not being answered sooner for a speedier resolution.

Once we had received your returns request, we did liase with the supplier who required more information on the product fault. Sadly, as we are not trained in the installation of this product we were unable to resolve this ourselves. We are sorry that our lack of response meant you had no choice but to purchase a new part. I can see a collection has recently been arranged for a refund to be provided.

We aim to exceed our customers expectations and we have fallen below our usual standard. The issue has been raised with the correct department so instances like this can be avoided in the future. We appreciate and respect your views and can only hope we have the opportunity in the future to provide the higher level of service we always aim for.

Late arrival

I would allow extra time for any delivery as the 2 cards I sent were late
I might of just been unlucky and it could very well be the post office fault but allow more time than you think
A card arriving late is pretty much a waste of money

Different to website

My son decided to sell his PS 3 with many extras and the latest games GTA .CODE etc

He spent the evening before going in store to find out the value and work out whether it was worth selling or hanging onto

My son is only 13 so I took him into the store and after a good hour he was given a much lower price cash price £111 rather than the £145 quotes online.He took the in store credit in the end giving him £170 but this was much lower than the offer online
Now I understand prices may fluctuate from time to time but I can't help think this was a marketing technic to get people in store where they are more likely to just go through with it.
I'd like to add this is in no way a slur on staff in store who were help full and friendly more the inflated prices online.
If you are only selling a phone or other small item you can just refuse and pop the phone in your pocket but when you have struggled box half a dozen boxes and bags it's harder to just walk away

Before purchasing we book in all products for testing. Our purchasing process includes testing followed by grading the product.

For all graded items, we determine the condition after we have fully tested the item, and value it accordingly.

Prices advertised on the website are just estimates on how much we would be willing to offer for a item in a particular condition. However final price can be quoted only once after we have tested the product. It is possible that after testing the product may have been regraded and hence a lower price was offered.
