Terrible customer service

I am still waiting for my issue to be resolved 2 weeks after first reporting a faulty part. I reported the faulty thermostat on the 31st evening leaving 2 answer phone messages and every day there after explaining the problem and asking fir a call back. They didn't even bother calling once.Now 2 weeks later they say the manufacturer will collect this faulty part.i had to source a replacement part as we had a shower we couldn't use so all I want is a refund for the faulty part. Terrible customer service and I would not recommend using the company to anyone. Things go wrong now and then but it's about how you dealing with it that counts and this company needs to up its game
Update
Faulty part collected more luck than anything else but still bo resolution/refund as of 28th August
Do no use this company as this has been going on since of July

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We welcome all feedback as this allows to highlight areas within our service that may need attention or review. We are extremely sorry to hear you haven't had a positive shopping experience.

Firstly, we apologise for the fault with the product but mostly for your voice mails not being answered sooner for a speedier resolution.

Once we had received your returns request, we did liase with the supplier who required more information on the product fault. Sadly, as we are not trained in the installation of this product we were unable to resolve this ourselves. We are sorry that our lack of response meant you had no choice but to purchase a new part. I can see a collection has recently been arranged for a refund to be provided.

We aim to exceed our customers expectations and we have fallen below our usual standard. The issue has been raised with the correct department so instances like this can be avoided in the future. We appreciate and respect your views and can only hope we have the opportunity in the future to provide the higher level of service we always aim for.
